They do not respect businesses and will unilaterally make decisions without regard for their customers or their data. They adjusted their policy with only 3 weeks notice and will no longer allow storage of credit card details in their system. More importantly, they are going to auto-delete all data without a plan in place to help businesses deal or cope with this huge shift in policy. This organization is showing zero empathy or class in how they are handling this. They can and will just auto-delete all your data without caring about your business or their promises. When asked about an extension or why more notice was not given, they showed zero class and said our request did not warrant a reply. Today, it's their credit card feature. What will it be tomorrow? I would never recommend building your business with Formsite as a tool as they can and will unilaterally decide to delete your data without your consent at their whim. This has nothing to do with PCI compliance - they can hide behind that all they want, but the real truth is they did not want to build a secure vault; this tells me more about Formsite than even this decision. It was also the first solution I found that allowed applicants pay online to a variable value depending on the requirements of the trader. This was well ahead of its time **What do you dislike about Formsite?** The features hardly changed over time while costs increased. Other form providers came to the market offering similar functionalities using more modern easier to use creation tools, where Formsite layout and functions hardely changed. **What problems is Formsite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allowed me to create very complax forms that craeted bookings for stall holder, risk assessments for each applicant and take payment ### 4. There is some flexibility related to plans, but the limits could be higher. The user interface is also easy but still looks outdated. **What do you dislike about Formsite?** The competition is able to innovate faster with upgrades, user interface, and integration capabilities with other software at a pricing plan that makes more sense than Formsite. Formsite is okay for starting out, but the limits of the plans and outdated look and feel and functionality are tougher to overcome. **What problems is Formsite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed online webform functionality, and Formsite helped resolve those. It also helped my organization through a period of great need where speed was required to get a solution up and running. ### 5. We have very set up the forms to send email notifications to multiple recipients. No other forms software had the same capabilities, I've tried others and and stayed with formsite. **What do you dislike about Formsite?** would like other full fledge cost effective payment gateway integration options. Paypal etc are not cost effective. I just returned to the platform to create a form after having not used it for a while. The integrations are seamless with Google and Mailchimp and Dropbox. They have tons of templates or you can create your own form. This is great for gathering information such as customer satisfaction, generating quotes, referral forms, online reviews, order forms and so on. I particulary like the order forms and I was able to drag and drop and customize each order form. Also great that you can start a trial without filling all sorts of things out and credit card information. **What do you dislike about Formsite?** The program took some time to get used to so a quick start tutorial would have been nice. Solved a problem for me with a third party website design platform where native form support was discontinued. **What do you dislike about Formsite?** I dislike the very fact I need to use a third party form provision - this industry seems to have appeared from no-where! **Recommendations to others considering Formsite:** As usual, you can only do a certain amount before you have to go 'pro'! **What problems is Formsite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a quick and easy solution when webflow ceased native form functionality on their platform. This meant I could design, and create form collation actions via formsite. It solved the issue quickly and easily. ### 10. The ability to share via e-mail. web and SMS is great, and forms work really well on mobile devices. **What do you dislike about Formsite?** The cost jumps between pricing levels is an issue for me. I am using all 10 forms in my subscription. I would just like one or two more, but the nextx pricing level up is prohibitive. I also only have a very small number of responses per form per month. Its been a major benefit - I can get the patient's consent and signature live during the consult, and I can even bill by credit card using the stripe integration. ### 11.
