Of course the biggest competition would be Google forms but it doesn't have nearly enough customisation options unlike forms.app. **What do you dislike about forms.app?** Whilst forms.app works well for polls or printed out tests, it os not really the greatest for online quizes which was my primary use case. In that sense interactive applications like kahoot, Quizlet or again Google forms do a better job. It's been a good fit and good experience so far, with just a glitch or two. **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022 **What do you like best about forms.app?** Pretty easy to set up and customize, lots of options, easy to match the design to my website so it's coordinated and embedded, option to set up and start trying it for free to make sure it's a good fit, decent privacy and security, easy to access the responses and search by customer name, email notification when a form is completed. **What do you dislike about forms.app?** During setup, I needed to create a question with just one required box to check, for the customer to agree to terms. It was difficult formatting the terms. I had to have the entire set of terms as the question, which is not a problem, but I couldn't see the formatting in the box I was typing in, such as bolded words and when a sentence starts on the next line from typing enter. I had to keep checking to see what the final product looked like and making adjustments until it was nice and organized and professional looking on the customer end. It would be nice to be able to format text and paragraphs on the editing side. The other issue is sometimes there seems to be a server issue with forms.app and customers have to try multiple times to submit before it works. One customer sent a screenshot of a strange error message she was getting, and ultimately I had to have her fill it out in my office on my ipad. I'm also looking forward to when the program is HIPAA compliant, as that is the one missing component I would like to see, and would make me feel more comfortable recommending the software to colleagues. **What problems is forms.app solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solves my problem of having piles of paperwork to file and keep track of! Clients must fill out an intake, and this has been a good fit for a digital solution. There are a lot of intake form options out there, but most want you to pay a hefty fee up front before you can even determine if it will fit your needs, which is frustrating, or they come attached to scheduling software they want you to use, and I'm not looking for that. I just wanted to create my own form that looked nice and is functional. ### 34. The only form app I found at an affordable price that I can have customers complete a form AND pay for products online. It's perfect for my uses and seems to be the only site doing this well at a price that is reasonable. **What do you dislike about forms.app?** Sometimes the site is slow to react to edits, and the editor can be a little clunky. I find myself working around the editor a lot, so making it more stable and intuitive would be nice. **What problems is forms.app solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’m using it for sports photography sales. I take portraits of kids in a sports leage and then sell products of the photos to parents. I needed a way to have them fill out all the information on each player so I knew what photos to print and who to deliver them to. ### 35.
