It is with sadness that I am changing my rating for FormNX. What a shame... Why did I change this rating? Simply because the file upload bug that I reported over a year ago still hasn't been fixed (Example: If you add an upload file field: You can choose the number of items to send and the maximum size. Please note that regardless of the size you choose, you will not be able to receive files larger than 20MB. The user is not even notified of this restriction when submitting their form, and the form will NEVER be received). I recently asked via chat if this would ever be fixed, but I did not receive a response. Furthermore, it is still not possible to add your domain name to form URLs... This is also a request that has been made by many customers, and was even announced during the AppSumo campaign.

It really is a simple, affordable, and great customer service form software. With so many options keep it easy and go with FormNX they just focus on forms and will have everything you need to keep tabs on workers or simply any type of form you are looking for with great templates! Easy to create forms and share with clients and contacts. The links created for our clients enable them to complete the forms and upload any data required easily and quickly.

We are also using the functions to integrate with google files.

I like how easy it easy to gather information with with the surveys, I created. In my case usually gather information about my clients to best serve them. FormNX made it a walk in the part for me.

I've used many form tools over the years, including Wordpress form plugins, but until now had always reverted back to the powerful Paperform form maker. I am needing more limits, however, so came to my favorite LTD marketplace and found FormNX.

FormNX has everything I am needing in a form builder, including answer rankings and analytics, and the conditional logic for form answers is easy to use once you get the hang of it. Easy to build forms from scratch with a long list of fields to select from, all with customised options. Don't want to start from scratch, no problem there are many templates available. Every intergration I can think for is available for your finished form and to date I've had no issues implementing the forms. I contact the customer support a couple of times with a more complicated usage of the conditional fields than explained in the video tutorial. The back end and the front end are both very user-friendly. There are a ton of features and the form layouts it generates are attractive. There is a feature-rich free version but the paid versions are also very reasonably priced. Best of all - the customer support is outstanding! I had a few minor issues with my form, and got a very quick response and resolution from their support team. The form can be implemented many different ways, including using an embed code to an existing site (e.g. Wordpress) or accessed directly via a link. I also like that the form submissions can be viewed a few different ways in the backend, including as a PDF, an exported Excel file, or a simple list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
