Unfortunately, the rating has dropped from 10/10 to 3/10... **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2025 **What do you like best about FormNX?** It is with sadness that I am changing my rating for FormNX. What a shame... Why did I change this rating? Simply because the file upload bug that I reported over a year ago still hasn't been fixed (Example: If you add an upload file field: You can choose the number of items to send and the maximum size. Please note that regardless of the size you choose, you will not be able to receive files larger than 20MB. The user is not even notified of this restriction when submitting their form, and the form will NEVER be received). I recently asked via chat if this would ever be fixed, but I did not receive a response. Furthermore, it is still not possible to add your domain name to form URLs... This is also a request that has been made by many customers, and was even announced during the AppSumo campaign. It is truly unfortunate that I have to change my rating and find alternatives to FormNX because of this bug, which does not seem to be taken seriously by the teams. **What do you dislike about FormNX?** The improvements remain the same, so all that needs to be done is to fix the bugs reported by customers. This is really not serious. **What problems is FormNX solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are talking about a form builder, so it doesn't solve a "problem."
