I got Formly one week ago, with a huge assignment to create some quiz-based email marketing campaigns and have been using it daily since then.

At some point, I thought I was using Typeform, but an even more simple one, with no lack of functionalities:

- Formly impresses with its ease of use and intuitive interface, making it accessible for non-tech-savvy users. Creating forms and quizzes is straightforward, thanks to its clean and well-organized platform.

- I always prefer to create forms from scratch, but have been using the templates and they have been really helpful on getting closer to the final result I need - more in terms of functionality than design.

- Design choices: you will do the same you would on the big guns of this niche, but with more simplicity. You can even add charts on a new release.

- Advanced functionality and Ease of Implementation: Conditional logic, display logic, and Thank You pages align perfectly with my needs. These features are ideal for collecting accurate, actionable data, even from difficult users who do not like to reveal much. Integrations are easy to set up. Frankly, nothing so far. I did not have to use customer service because the how-to guides are clear and to the point.I still couldn't;t find how to customize forms via CSS, so I don't know if that is possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the templates that have given me new ideas on different forms that I can use for lead magnets, and to better understand my clients. Building the forms is easy, and getting results delivered to me in my email is convenient. When I had questions, the response I received from Support was prompt and helpful. I use Formly to conduct surveys and quizzes, and I find it to be an excellent, all-in-one tool. I like its user-friendly interface and the features that allow me to customize according to my needs. GetFormly has been one of the most user-friendly quiz platforms I’ve worked with ...and I’m someone who’s not a total beginner but definitely not tech-savvy enough to be coding anything. The platform is straightforward, clean, and doesn’t overcomplicate things. But what really blew me away was their customer service. When I ran into a tech issue, they went way above and beyond to help me get it resolved - quickly, patiently, and personally. I’m not a high-paying enterprise client, just a small business owner trying to build something meaningful - and they treated me like I mattered. That kind of support is rare, especially in tech. This is definitely a minor critique though — especially considering how amazing the customer support team is! If I had to pick one thing to improve, it would be the availability of video tutorials. This neurodivergent business owner needs to watch a video if you don't want me opening a support ticket. Some time ago a Youtube video came up in my social media algorithms making a case for quiz funnels in paid media. Ever since then i really wanted to leverage the power of forms. Formly is very user friendly, allowing me to make quiz funnels using a variety of premade slide types such as short text, long text, star ratings, choose a picture. I could create a form from another formly url so it was super easy to create a form like I wanted in a few easy steps, Setting up a quiz was easy with scoring and it looks great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was advertised as being able to connect to many different end points but when you looked further it was only connected to a spreadsheet and then you have to use make or n8n to connect it to all the other things you might need so I felt like that was a little misleading as I thought I was paying for an externally hosted form that I didn't have to pay more to connect with other apps, also just to be picky when you set a redirect on completion you can only set up one redirection for the whole form, so if you have a quiz that ends with a result you cant auto redirect to different URLs based on score, but that is just me being really picky.
