Formkii is a free, all-in-one web platform for creating forms, surveys, auto-scored quizzes, live polls, and audience Q&A. It brings common feedback, assessment, and participation workflows into one product, so teams, educators, event organizers, and independent creators can collect information without stitching together multiple tools. Creators can build with 18 field types and use conditional logic to show or hide questions or send respondents to different sections based on their answers. Formkii supports both one-question-at-a-time experiences and traditional page-based flows. Forms can be customized with themes, colors, fonts, logos, backgrounds, cover images, welcome screens, and tailored thank-you messages or redirects. Quizzes include timers, passing scores, answer explanations, and question shuffling. Live polls provide real-time audience participation, while the Q&A experience lets participants submit questions and upvote the ones they want addressed. Respondents do not need a Formkii account, and anonymous participation is available when appropriate. Every Formkii project can be shared with a direct link, QR code, or website embed.
