  ### 1. The idea is great, but my experience was not so good because i have issues

**What do you like best about Formito?**

I was able to configure the App super quickly and intuitively. The templates helped me a lot in this process. Through them I managed to make the modifications I needed to use in my projects.

**What do you dislike about Formito?**

The fact that you can turn the forms into a chatbot is great. And indeed I did for a while. But unfortunately, after reaching the response limit, I couldn't capture anymore. The quota was not renewed monthly as promised. And the support just didn't answer me.

**Recommendations to others considering Formito:**

I believe the paid version is the best choice as the response limit really messes up the experience.

**What problems is Formito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to turn boring survey forms into chats, which increased the response rate on all surveys I did during the time I used the App. Also, having all the answers on Monday.com made my workflow a lot faster.
