We’ve been using Formify for over six months at Bluebnc, and it has significantly improved how we manage agreements and close clients across our yacht charter and premium mobility businesses. What stands out immediately is how much friction it removes from the closing process. Our clients, often international and time-sensitive, can review agreements in a clear, structured format and use the AI assistant to understand exactly what they are signing. This has reduced back-and-forth communication and increased client confidence at a critical stage of the transaction. The guided signature flow is another major advantage. Documents are signed in the correct sequence, eliminating common errors and delays. From a compliance perspective, the platform meets legal requirements both in Spain and internationally, which is essential for our operations. From a business standpoint, the impact has been clear: faster closing times, fewer mistakes, improved client experience, and stronger operational control. It has also reduced the workload on our finance and operations teams by automating what used to be manual oversight. If I had to highlight one area for improvement, it would be continued expansion of integrations with other tools we use internally, but the core functionality is already very strong.
