Formbricks covers all our survey needs. When we reviewed different survey tools two years ago, Formbricks already came out on top in almost all dimensions: feature range, GDPR compliance, accessibility, integrations, and price. Since then, the product has been improved and expanded many times during our time as a customer. It’s impressive to see how quickly it evolves and how consistently the team takes feedback into account. Thanks to the strong API, we can easily integrate Formbricks into automated workflows and work flexibly with the data we collect. We also switched to a self-hosted setup some time ago due to the high compliance standards in government, and it’s great that Formbricks supports this option.
