I tried to submit a form for a Norfolk grant application and it was terrible. FormAssembly lost my submission. There's no account creation for form submitters, which is terrible. There are a few limitations that can be frustrating. For example, it’s not possible to customize the confirmation email or the PDF we receive from the customer, which limits flexibility and branding options. Also, when creating many similar or repetitive forms, the platform can start to feel bulky and less efficient to manage. Salesforce integration is straight forward and easy to use. If there are errors, it is clear to see where the integration failure was for an easy fix.

The AI generated feature is easy when creating choices.

The ability to clone forms without losing their formatting is a huge plus (other platforms tend to lose some of the formatting or change the fields)
