There's no account creation for form submitters, which is terrible. The initial setup was horrible. The form submission recovery and resumption need significant improvement. I really appreciate how polished the final forms look—they’re clean, professional, and easy to navigate for end users. For example, it’s not possible to customize the confirmation email or the PDF we receive from the customer, which limits flexibility and branding options. Also, when creating many similar or repetitive forms, the platform can start to feel bulky and less efficient to manage.
