## FormAssembly Reviews
 ### 1. Great tool and great value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared H. | Executive Director, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

We've been able to move everything our non-profit does to digital with no data entry, since it's all done by the user through formassembly forms

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

I loved the chat Tech support when it came out. It was amazing to be able to get answers right away. Recently chat agents are hardly ever available, so tech support ends up being over email and has slowed down projects quite a bit.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All our paper forms are now obsolete. We use it for both customer and internal forms. Great integration with salesforce.

 ### 2. Great form tool with easy integration to Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haley G. | Director, CRM and Engagement Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Easy licensing with ability to connect to multiple Salesforce instances.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Some issues with prefill connector over time, must be careful not to promise more than a few fields and think through security protocol for anything you might be showing/exposing through the connectors.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

Pricing/editions should be reviewed. We use the Enterprise Product.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Large decentralized campus with need to put data into Salesforce. Has been great in helping to make this process much easier with little training needed from me since they have a great help site and knowledgebase.

 ### 3. The Ideal Salesforce Integrated Web Form

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John S. | Solution Achitect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Insert, Update, and conditional record manipulation in Salesforce based on the data provided. Formula functionality allows you to calculate values prior to insert.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

The Formula syntax took some getting used to.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a process that would create or update anywhere from 1 to 5 contacts and parent accounts, a custom object, and relationships between the entities. In about 4 hours, we had an easy to complete a web form that provided an easy method to fill in all the required information.

 ### 4. Deploy FormAssembly for easy Salesforce integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rupert B. | Co-fondateur et Directeur Technique - Consultant et Architecte Senior Salesforce + Force.com, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

FormAssembly is directly integrated with Salesforce both ways : lead capture forms drop into Salesforce, custom landing pages or contact preference forms are pre-filled with Salesforce contact data, and it also works well on mobile !

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

FormAssembly is very rich : don't run in to create a one-shot form; take time to learn by re-using templates or forms from one project with another.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One place for forms and landing pages, without fiddling with your own custom CSS and all that stuff

 ### 5. Excellent tool for Salesforce users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah L. | Director of Finance & Operations, Law Practice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

FormAssembly has allowed me to automate so many processes in my team's workflow - the Salesforce connector is super powerful, and the support team is very available for troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Once you have a lot of forms, managing them can be kind of a pain - you can't folder, only see your Active vs Archived forms.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of our event registrations and fellowship applications are immediately available in Salesforce, no data upload or management required. The automation is a huge benefit.

 ### 6. Very helpful solution

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott B. | President & CEO, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

ability to easily import data into salesforce

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Sometimes building the link to salesforce can be intense. I would also like the ability to trigger workflows when forms are submitted i.e. an application is approved and then the applicant gets the next form they will need to complete

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

Think through your use case first to make sure you are fully using the system properly

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a non-profit and had to develop a system to stream line our grant application process.

 ### 7. FormAssembly for all your Salesforce needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

The FormAssembly integration with Salesforce blows the other products I've used out of the water. The lookups to records are intuitive and functional. Mapping fields is strait-forward, and allows formulas in the mapping rather than having hidden fields/data in the form. The prefill feature allows us to automate some of our more complex business processes, while keeping data clean. The conditional logic and formula possibilities in the form are endless! Lastly, their support is the best I've experienced in the industry... they're quick to respond to questions, help with formulas, and troubleshoot any bugs.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

I occasionally get frustrated with the user interface and drag/drop fields. It's not always intuitive to get fields into the layout you're looking for. I think there is room for improvement when changing the appearance of the form... it's not very easy for those who don't have a lot of HTML skill

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

If you're working with Salesforce, or need conditional logic that you haven't found possible with other systems, start a trial with FormAssembly and you'll know what to do.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage thousands of volunteers through the signup process with FormAssembly. We also have complex membership/donation forms that require a significant amount of conditional logic that other donation platforms couldn't handle. The preform feature is the added bonus to help us keep our data clean.

 ### 8. Lots to learn, but lots of tutorials available.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary Ann C. | Reference Librarian, Libraries, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

That there were tutorials available for me to teach myself.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

That I did not learn right away that form assembly could 'pull' fields from Salesforce instead of having me create fields that would later need to be mapped to Salesforce fields. I think if our consultant had told me this first - and had me wait to start building forms until he had built the fields/tables in Salesforce, it would have been less work.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None so far, but I am told that once it's up an running, information entered by our clients will automagically be copied over to their files in Salesforce - one less opportunity for typos transferring information by hand.

 ### 9. Easy to use form builder for Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Love that we can quickly and easily build a form for pushing data both in and out of salesforce. Oftentimes I have clients looking for an complex form building tool and I point them to FormAssembly. Other times, I have clients looking for an easy to use form building tool for their end users, and I also point them to FormAssembly! Mapping data is super simple, as well as building complex conditional pieces of forms.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Bringing in more than 10 records in a prefill becomes unusably slow. I always wish picklists would sync with Salesforce picklists so adjustments don't have to be done in both places.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used this mostly for event registrations and support requests, within the higher ed space in my consultancy, but we use it for Request for Information regularly, as well as event attendance, and other miscellaneous forms. Time to live is extremely quick!

 ### 10. Excellent for use with Salesforce!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I am able to create unique forms that 3rd parties can fill out. Once filled out it will automatically populate in the predesignated fields in Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

The website and instructions are not as user friendly in some respects. Initially you'll probably have to utilize some of the Q&A sections in order to figure out how to use certain features.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

Initially I would suggest having tech support involved to setup some of the processes until you get the hand of using it. Creating the form is quite easy but connecting it to various applications can be a bit of a challenge.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had to email realtors for a BPO. Once the BPO was received we would manually put certain data into a spreadsheet and then upload to Salesforce. Now we have a form that we sent to our realtors so that the data will automatically be loaded into Salesforce.

 ### 11. Excellent Form Tool w/ Salesforce Connectivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler C. | Director Of Client Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

The ease of building forms. The learning curve is not very steep and complex forms with multiple conditional rules don't become disorganized in the builder.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Only negative would be that client-facing forms can have a basic look to them. The themes help, but it's difficult to build something "on brand".

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

They are investing in their support and documentation as well as the product.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal organization has improved dramatically and documentation has less errors.

 ### 12. Flexible, thoughtful, scalable integration of outside data to Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Forms are flexible, thorough, (and fun). I like that you can iterate through a project and test various parts of it including prefill and updating data to salesforce. Support is friendly and helpful.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Some complex reach-goals couldn't be easily met with the product out of the box - such as requiring the first of a potentially repeating field set.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

Develop a clear use case that affects your bottom line or eliminates some inefficiencies right out of the gate - a quick win to demonstrate value.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaling our operation; empowering our customers to enter their data their way, ending up with clean, first-hand information reported with as few mistakes as possible.

 ### 13. Affordable, Flexible, and Scalable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg R. | Community Relations Manager, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

What I like best about FormAssembly is how flexible the forms are and how they can input data directly in my database.

As a small nonprofit, FormAssembly gives us almost infinite flexibility for a price we can afford, and control over every aspect of input, submission, and notification.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Sometimes these forms can be buggy, and anything advanced requires some coding that is beyond my skills.

However, tech support is pretty responsive, so with time and help I can usually do what I want with the forms.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

A great tool if you're short on budget but long on time to spend setting up forms.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donation platform, event RSVP, and volunteer sign-in.

 ### 14. WISH

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darlene S. | Co-Chair of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra's African American Network Community , Human Resources, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Ability to create unique forms. For example when we receive donations or payment for music class we can automatically send a receipt with applicable balance.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Nothing at this time. We have just begun to explore all that form assembly can do got us.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

Take the time to explore the sofeware

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adding sales force to workn in tandem with forms to interact with families who want to attend Chicago West Community Music School

 ### 15. Overall View of Form Assembly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa L. | Information Administrator, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I like the ease of data merging with Salesforce

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

The overall view of Form Assembly - I wish it could be updated with a more modern look

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes when an employee takes a survey in Form Assembly there is an error because they find a way to not put their e-mail address in even though we make it required.

The benefits is how effortlessly it works with Salesforce.

 ### 16. Great experience so far

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nina A. | Chief of Services: Strategic Planning and Innovation, Individual & Family Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

The ability to prefill items from salesforce as well as cut down on the paperwork process and steps needed to enter and close out information into Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Would like the ability to print out forms in an easily readable way directly from form assembly. We are a non-profit and heavily regulated by our funding sources, federal, and local and we still need hard copies of our forms.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transactional processes cut down to less then 3 steps (ie: it used to be 91 steps to create a salesforce file from start to finish, now with form assembly and mapping we have cut it down to 3.)

 ### 17. FormAssembly Assessment to Date

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I like that it is user friendly from the point of designing the form and the creating the connectors with Salesforce. I also like that you can send forms back to users to edit or complete if they have forgotten their passwords.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

I do not like the responses view page because it makes it difficult to find older responses. I wish you could customize more of the emailed templates as well. Like the email verification reminder email template.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have implemented an online financing application using FormAssembly. Theis new form has allowed us to increase the number of submittals we are processing each month.

 ### 18. Fantastic form builder with tons of features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony K. | Web & CRM Specialist, Higher Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I can use FormAssemby for all my form needs. Drom a simple few questions to multiple forms connected together, it's got it all! I don't need any other form building products with FormAssembly. We have cancelled all our other subscriptions.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

I can't do multiple parent child combinations without running into issues. I can't go back and edit the connected fields. Only one connection shows up in the menu.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

It can do everything you would need so you will love it

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am collecting data for Salesforce CRM and for users around the university. I keep finding new ways to use Formassembly.

 ### 19. Must Have Salesforce App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2018

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Amazing support team for Salesforce forms. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

There are instances where the styling leaves a little to be desired, but they're really small issues.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is just a great all purpose tool for Salesforce. Enables web-to-anyObject simply and easily.

 ### 20. Using Form Assembly for online application, general volunteer inquires and volunteer payments.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Forms are easy to build and the online platform is user friendly. There are also a lot of online videos that help answer questions regarding ways to build forms. (IE: Explaining the difference between a radio button and check boxes.) The support team (shout out to Micah) has also always been very helpful when I email or request a live chat. Also like to Salesforce integration.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

One of our users accidentally deleted a form and it was unrecoverable. It may be nice to add an 'archive' or some other type of platform to save deleted files. It would be helpful to have a "search" bar in forms that have been submitted.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have greatly reduced our use of paper products since we began using Form Assembly for our online application process.

 ### 21. FormAssembly has good functionality and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen S. | Software Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I mainly use FormAssembly for people who are connecting it to Salesforce. It is easy to use and connect to Salesforce fields.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

There are some field types in Salesforce that are hard to map to and depending on how you want to structure your questions it can be easier with certain fields (like picklists and check boxes) that other more complex fields.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sign up forms for events, surveys and other forms needed for asking customers questions. It is easy to get information from customers into Salesforce for easy reporting and follow up.

 ### 22. Program Director

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin W. | Services Director, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I love how easy the progam is and how friendly the staff is for support

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

There is still some diffuclty in the formulas for salesforce. Also would love more of a discount for non-profits.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to do all our applications online and a few surveys and they feed right into salesforce for us.

 ### 23. FormAssembly makes it easy!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt M. | Coordinator, Admissions Visit Programs, Higher Education, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

FA makes building forms easy and quick. It also allows users to build forms in the format of the anticipated medium - computer, tablet, mobile.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

The connectors, while OK, could be more user-friendly as it is when building the questions on a form.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Event registration, query forms, applications. All are connected to other systems.

 ### 24. FA Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle C. | Executive Assistant, Architecture & Planning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I like the customer service. The team also pushes to find answers for me and is always so friendly.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

I feel like without knowing custom code (which I don't and no one in my office does) there is minimal customization available.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to be more organized in our process.

 ### 25. FormAssembly forms are easy to use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

There are so many things I like about FormAssembly, but one of my favorite features is the custom notifications. I like that I can specify the subject line for each submitted form. That makes sorting them and prioritizing the responses easier. Not only can I type whatever subject I want to see for a completed form, I can use fields from the form in the subject line that further customizes the responses!

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

I don't really "dislike" anything about FormAssembly; however, I do wish the branding and themes features were a little more advanced for better company branding. The forms going to customers don't look as nice as when they were PDFs using our branding and colors.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're primarily using the forms to streamline multiple requests for materials and other things related to tradeshows. When our Sales Reps are approved to participate in a trade show, they use the forms easily from any device to request fee payments, printed materials, and demo systems, etc. Before formAssembly, the Sales Reps used an editable PDF and had to submit them via email attachment. The potential problem with that process is emails can get lost or deleted, or in some other way "removed" and the record of the request is gone. With FormAssembly, the submitted forms are systematically emailed for convenience, but the forms live on the FormAssembly website forever...or until deleted. This makes it easy to retrieve.

 ### 26. Form Assembly is Super Helpful and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fran H. | Media and Technology Manager, Mental Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

The Salesforce connector make things so much easier on our end.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

The reporting could use some work. Wish there were better export options and didn't export weird unicode characters.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

If you use salesforce, it's a no brainer.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for our membership sign up, and event registration now.

 ### 27. Form Assembly has made our lead review process easier to test.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I love how easy it is to integrate with HubSpot and Salesforce - our lead flow data is coming in cleaner than ever.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

I don't like actually building the forms - it could be more clear with logic.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

I would recommend making sure you're integrating it with your entire marketing stack when able to. It has been integral in fueling our marketing program with instant data, ensuring that our customer follow up is quick and top notch.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to seamlessly tie our lead flow structure together with Salesforce and Form Assembly. Then, it integrates with HubSpot to fuel our marketing efforts. It's all talking together very well, which is a huge improvement to where we were before we began using it.

 ### 28. Only form tool we can find for getting info to Salesforce reliably

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Super-customizable, documentation is getting better, support is friendly and responsive.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Salesforce connections still require quite a bit of experience with both Salesforce and the FA connector language. Not for layperson use.

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

Get a serious Salesforce expert to set up your first few connectors, they're easy to copy. Don't trust the autocomplete when matching dropdown form fields to Salesforce picklist options. Double check EVERYTHING.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scholarship applications into Salesforce, event registration and surveys, contact and subscription forms into Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Saved tons of data entry time.

 ### 29. The best $250 i've ever spent!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 💌Andy M. | Co-founder and CEO (Chief Email Officer), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Form Assembly is a critical tool for us at Culture Amp and has been for me at previous companies as well. The ability to put data from forms directly into Salesforce allows us to automate (and improve) so many processes.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

The initial learning curve can be complex but it is worth it. The product improvements have made it easier and support is awesome!

**Recommendations to others considering FormAssembly:**

If you use salesforce you have to have Form Assembly. The functionality is off the charts and the business processes you can enable with it are amazing.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting data into salesforce at scale and in a way that is intuitive for our team

 ### 30. Great form builder

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Easy integration with Pardot. Easy form builder that requires almost no code at all. Anyone can build a form within seconds.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Limited design templates that fits the modern developer. Sometimes I would need to build lots of customization in order to get to the design I want.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building forms with pardot and using form handlers. FormAssembly makes it easy to integrate with Pardot. Also a way to organize the forms on one platform allows me to organize the forms in a cluttered free way.

 ### 31. Form Assembly is great and easy for users!

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Form Assembly is intuitive. You don't need lots of training to start building your own forms and using them!

Sometimes the data that you get from form assembly is lacking. For example, if I change the answers to a question in one of my forms, the historical data from the previous answers disappears.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use form assembly forms through TargetX (a Salesforce platform). It's great for our students who are registering for events or our counselors who input student information using a form.

Solving the issue of accurate data for our event registrations. Errors in data are at an all time low.

**Reviewed by:** Joseph B B. | IT Project Manager, Publishing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

The access to all objects in salesforce. I can easily create a form bringing in related object info. (such as lead and it's related objects)

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

The inability to populate question choices based on Salesforce Values. (I can only have the "matching" choices be selected, but I can't leave them as choice A, choice B, and have salesforce change those values)

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Web to lead
Ordering products from beginning to end from Formassembly, and recording in Salesforce

 ### 37. Form Assembly is Great!!!!

The best way for us to capture customized data based on user input and import that into Salesforce. We use it for order forms, feedback, quote requests, contact info updates and more.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

The "WYSIWYG" interface for those that don't know HTML can be a little limiting or cumbersome to use for design purposes.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Low-cost and customizable collection of data from end users, imported directly into our Salesforce org. No need for API development.

 ### 40. Excellent for Salesforce customers

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

Powerful two-way Salesforce integration and love the ability to include custom CSS and/or Javascript at the form level (vs it being global and affecting all forms).

I would like to see better ability to prepopulate fields using a prefill connector (such as Salesforce).

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed us to capture leads and the ability to prefill forms with lead information from Salesforce help eliminate duplicate lead submissions for people looking to provide up-to-date information.

 ### 45. Fantastic Salesforce Integration!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

The salesforce integration has been vital. Also the interface for form creation is a breeze to use. The setup of salesforce connectors is very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

The templates and themes are not as attractive or easy to use as I would like. It should be easier to integrate company headers or logos to a form.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data collection and retention. Easier and more effective research survey execution

 ### 46. Great platform with a lot of capability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

I love that we can use FormAssembly for a variety of projects. It is a solution for surveys, membership tracking, and so much more.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Because the platform is so customizable, it makes it fairly complicated to learn. I also wish we could organize the forms into folders.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a system to track our membership that would talk with Salesforce and grow with us, and this solved that issue. With our custom forms, we are able to onboard new members, have parents sign it using the esignature feature, and track what our members were doing once they were in our facility.

 ### 47. Point and Click Form Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James R S. | Salesforce Administrator, Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about FormAssembly?**

FormAssembly allows for point-and-click creation of rich forms that we can express on our website and then capture within Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

There is a lot to digest and learn with FormAsssembly. Being a solo Salesforce admin, the only thing limiting the expansion of my FormAssembly knowledge is time.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are capturing application information and tying this to the appropriate Salesforce record for the customer.

 ### 48. Form Assembly is a great addition to our Salesforce use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Performing Arts | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2017

I like the ability to connect forms to Salesforce

**What do you dislike about FormAssembly?**

Some parts of the user interface can get a little clunky.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we started using Form Assembly, our process for collecting and tracking information has become so much better. We began by using forms for event RSVPs, but have expanded it to include program applications, event proposals and the anonymous collection of demographic information.

The integration with Salesforce was difficult to figure out. There needs to be an easily accessible guide to help with the setup.

**What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business needs to easily manage forms with the connection to SFDC. We are still not completely sold on FormAssembly since the price points are too high for our organization.
