Does what it says on the tin. supercharged form builder that simplify integrations with a lot of tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about FormAssembly? Support is non-existant. An account manager follows you until you sign up, but past that point, you are on your own. If you have an issue with billing, you are on your own. The support redirects you to a different department with a dedicated email address and you can send as many emails as you want, you won't receive a response. Escalating does not help; you will not receive a response either. On top of that, the product is rather pricey. the market is full of similar tools and it seems that it is mostly popular amongst Salesforce users who are used to paying a premium for everything. It is all point and click, no code required. Easy integration with Salesforce allowing you to create customer facing or internal forms that will update your CRM records. Templates are helpful. It is possible to set a range of values for the field and use conditional visibility to customize your forms. I like that you also have an option to accept payments via stripe and authorize.net integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about FormAssembly? It is expensive! Support is not great and basically just points you to the documentation. E-signatures are only included in most advanced versions, which are even more expensive. Website is not very intuititve. Although there's no way to reach Form Assembly by phone which can wreak havoc if you have a time sensitive question, I appreciate the quick (within a day) helpful customer service, with friendly reps always happy to help with problem solving and solution finding! Although I'm meticulous with hitting "Save", I often return to the site to find that my work from a previous session was not saved/ reverted to a previous draft! The fields are an utter pain to reorganize and move around.
