"The Ideal Tool for Easy and Customizable Form Building"
5/5
What do you like best about Formaloo?

I love using Formaloo for building event booking forms and gathering pre-event guest information. It enables me to ask questions in a simple, easy-to-follow format and present information clearly. The functionality to export data and download PDFs of completed forms is really useful. I appreciate being able to brand my forms to match other materials, and it's been easy to embed links and personalize them for easy recall. I find it helpful to see how many views the form has had and if any forms are abandoned part-way through. It's really easy and intuitive to use and very competitively priced. For the tasks I've used it for, it's been the ideal tool. The ability to track views and dropped completions and see responses at-a-glance as a table were significant factors for switching from Google Forms for these tasks. The initial setup was very easy. What do you dislike about Formaloo?

I would like more info about who has viewed the forms but not completed them. However, I'm not sure how feasible this would be if they don't start to complete the form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Tool for Forms and Data Management."
4/5
What do you like best about Formaloo?

I like Formaloo because it makes creating forms and managing data very simple. I can easily collect, organize, and track responses in one place without any coding. The interface is user-friendly, and I was able to set everything up quickly. It saves me time and helps me stay organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formaloo?

Formaloo is very useful, but I feel it could improve in a few areas. More design customization options would help, and sometimes it feels a bit slow when handling large data. Also, for beginners, the interface can be slightly confusing at first, so a simpler onboarding experience would make it even better. Or any good beginner tutorial may help a lot to understand. "Time-Saving with Formaloo's User-Friendly Templates"
4/5
What do you like best about Formaloo?

I use Formaloo for all of my student onboarding and homework submissions, and it has made submitting homework a breeze and onboarding students quick and simple. It's very user-friendly, which is something I really like. There are lots of nice templates, and I save so much time by clicking on a template I like, adding my branding, and moving on with my day. The initial setup was pretty easy, and my favorite part of Formaloo is the unlimited forms. I switched to Formaloo from Jotform because it's more affordable. What do you dislike about Formaloo?

It’s a little hard to create things from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Straightforward Form Builder for Campaigns and Multi-Channel Responses"
4/5
What do you like best about Formaloo?

I mainly use Formaloo to create campaign forms and collect responses from different channels, and it’s worked really well for me so far. The setup is fast and straightforward, so I can go from an idea to a fully functional form in just a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formaloo?

The analytics and reporting section could be more detailed, especially for advanced users who need deeper insights. And while the customization options are generally good, the level of design control can still feel a bit limited at times—particularly if you’re aiming for pixel-perfect branding—compared with more dedicated, design-focused tools. "Complex forms that take less time"
4/5
What do you like best about Formaloo?

It has made creating nuanced forms much more simple for our club. We used to spend hours finessing Google forms until doing something close to what we actually wanted, but now it takes about half the time to make complex forms that are exactly what we want Formaloo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formaloo?

I wish there were some more hotkeys for moving form questions around. The way you’re required to download form responses could also use a little work, it’s slightly clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Operations with Flexible Forms and Strong Data Security"
4/5
What do you like best about Formaloo?

I like how easily Formaloo lets us build custom, industry-specific forms and workflows without any technical development. It’s flexible enough to handle customer technical intake forms, supplier audits, and production checklists while keeping data organized and compliant. The automation saves our team countless hours on manual data entry and follow-ups, maintaining efficiency in our operations. I really appreciate how stable and reliable the platform is, even with heavy daily use in our manufacturing environment. The integrations with existing tools help keep data flowing smoothly, and the ability to brand forms professionally makes a great impression with clients. I also find the data security and GDPR compliance particularly strong, essential for our business in Germany. Support is responsive when needed, and the system works reliably day-to-day. The initial setup was straightforward for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formaloo?

The reporting and data visualization tools are functional but feel somewhat basic when we need to analyze complex industrial data from production forms and supplier audits. We sometimes have to export results to spreadsheets to create meaningful charts. We’ve also found that some advanced conditional logic can be a bit slow to set up for longer, technical forms, and the user interface isn’t always as intuitive as we’d like for complex workflows. Additionally, while integrations work well, deeper native connections with industry-specific manufacturing tools would make it even more efficient for our team. "Powerful No-Code Apps and Workflows with Flexible UI and Customization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Formaloo?

Formaloo helps us to create full fledged data driven apps, along with the forms building without any coding knowledge. I also like how effectively I can create forms and link them with the database, and turn them into workflows. Also, their customisation options and logic, along with their Ui flexibility, make this platform very powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formaloo?

Formaloo is a bit on a learning curve; if we are new to no-code tools, learning might be more complex. Their workflow and automation based on conditional input should be polished further. Advanced features needs to be configured properly in terms of workflow execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Beautiful, On-Brand Forms Fast with Templates and Smart Logic"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Formaloo?

Formaloo makes it easy to make beautiful forms and surveys quickly with their pre-made templates and simple form builder. I love the ability to keep everything on brand. And the end user experience is fantastic with their multi-steps and conditional logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formaloo?

It's hard to say this is a downside, but there are so many possibilities that sometimes I feel I'm not using it to its fullest potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Form Building with Excellent Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Formaloo?

Form builder is easy to use and publish forms. When forms are set up and working properly, I like the email notifications feature of when forms are completed and our teams are aware of it. The dashboard is easy to use and navigate and their customer service is always helpful when problems arise. I am able to create many form projects like satisfaction surveys and insurance consent forms. I like how you can collect signatures in the forms and how they have almost every form field you can think of when building your forms. Formaloo was easy to integrate within our organization and our forms are used every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formaloo?

Sometimes there are problems with receiving email notifications after setting up, but their customer service is always helpful to resolve any issues. Periodically they have a limit issue and would always have to contact customer service to resolve, but I wish they resolved this internally so I don't have to flag it myself. "Robust Form Solutions with Seamless Customization"
5/5
What do you like best about Formaloo?

I primarily use Formaloo for forms, and it works great for my agency with multiple clients. I like that it allows setting up sub-accounts, giving each client a private workspace. It's really handy for check-in forms, feedback surveys, and even learning management systems because of how easily you can set up usernames and passwords. The visually stunning forms are a big plus, offering a variety of beautiful styles. I appreciate that you can do one step at a time, making it very engaging and efficient in getting form completions. They have a really robust API and robust conditional logic, which is fantastic for creating an organic user experience. You can dynamically pipe in other responses and create a personalized experience. I love being able to do whatever we want with data through webhooks and integrations like API, Zapier, and even building custom apps to view data as charts or graphs. It's a thorough solution, especially useful for legally binding e-signatures and purchase forms. The form builder is intuitive with a drag-and-drop feature, making it easy to build forms.

Their support has been fantastic for us over the last 5 years as well. I have had myself and my entire team able to reach them easily and get quick resolutions under all circumstances.

We use their forms for everything. If you have a form service like this you will be so much more encouraged to collect data from people and stay organized!

We have never looked back! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formaloo?

I wish they had just a native MCP out of the box. Like, we're in the process of creating our own. Because we do a lot of stuff with, like, clog and agents and stuff like that. That we didn't have to just, like, make API calls, and we'd be able to more easily make, dynamic forms within the agents that we have, Claudine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
