It is a true game-changer. Dashboards are very easy to navigate and have all the information that employees would love to see. In addition, it provides real-time data insight which engages all level employees to see where they are standing in the month and helps to step up their game to earn more which indirectly helps to drive more revenue to the company. Our leaders use K-Comp for semi-month/monthly coaching conversations. Aside from that, Forma has a DOPE ticketing system called “Analyst Center”, which helps us to submit any support request/Compensation changes or any other adjustments through it. We love this feature as it is very streamlined, and we do not have to keep track of all the changes submitted instead it allows the users to review their previously submitted tickets or edit tickets which is very beneficial and time-saving. It is a one-stop platform that provides all features that help in business growth. And not to mention, Forma has incredible customer Operation support who are always open to hearing client ideas and providing suggestions. We have completed 4 years journey with Forma.ai and looking forward to many more. **What do you dislike about Forma.ai?** I honestly don't have anything that I dislike about Forma. But this is just quick feedback, it would be great if the system is designed to be more flexible in ingesting the data. We had come across a few data formatting issues that interrupted the dashboards but the issue was resolved with high priority. I appreciate the support team for being on top of it to get it resolved. **What problems is Forma.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Forma.ai our processes have been streamlined, and it is easy to find the root cause when something goes wrong unlike spending hours figuring it out. Our vision is to have transparency in the data we process towards employee commission payout, and Forma.ai was successful in turning our ideas into reality. Our employees have visibility of their commission breakdown by transactions which allowed them to be confident in our processing. Dashboards have a snapshot graphical representation of the YTD monthly compensation summary which is very helpful. In addition, employees can submit their quires using ticketing system which is designed to route to us directly. This way it is easy to keep track of the tickets vs emails and achieve greater employee satisfaction. ### 3.
