Not only do I like the reduced manual work of commission calculations and reconciling them with finance, but the sales team appreciates the real-time transparency and ability to forecast their earnings. What problems is Forma.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Even with a relatively simple comp plan, running commissions at the end of the month and quarter is complex and time consuming.
