Pain points that were resolved were providing real time updates for bookings data, delivered better visuals in payment details such as local and USD values, more motivating visuals for reps, flexibility when searching within the tool (prior system required more downloads to excel and sorting), self service report hub where key reports are posted for Sales Ops - no longer requiring comp team to download and share in email, and robust ticket system keeps requests and approvals within the system instead of seeking approvals in emails. ### 17. The ease of use of the system has made it easier for our SIP area teams to manage their day to day workload. We also have been able to build a great rapport with the Forma Ai customer support team and this has allowed for increased speed in resolving issues, discussing open items, and building/developing new features to align to our business needs. Lastly, we were able to implement this system within a short time period (less than 1 year) and are seeing improvements in our day to day operations as well as our overall SIP processes. The overview dashboard provides a clear visual, both numerically and graphically, of earnings, attainment, attainment to quota, and pipeline. When i want detail or want to get into the weeds on something, I can view this by month and get down to the transaction level. Another benefit is that I can always review my comp plan and the different thresholds for my commission rates. It's just very to see my data without having to do a lot of work. **What do you dislike about Forma.ai?** My one issue, which is likely an internal one, is that near month-end and quarter-end, most of us would like the data to be loaded and refreshed more often. Easy for us to request, but not so sure some of the other 'data collection' systems support it. You can add and remove tables/metrics that are relevant to you without any issue. It gives in-depth analysis with simple to read tables. Love it! **What do you dislike about Forma.ai?** There is not much that I dislike to be honest. The log-in is simple and the information displayed is as you make it. Finding out how to add/remove certain metrics might be the only thing that catches people if they aren't the explorative type. **What problems is Forma.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giving transparency into what is required regarding KPI's, and the qualifications needed to fulfill milestones and incentives. It benefits me by giving me timeline that allows me to set realistic expectations. ### 35. Running commissions a day or two late can be frustrating for my VP Finance and CEO, this removes any potential delays due to unforeseen workloads. ### 45.
