**What do you like best about Form Simplicity?**

Form Simplicity is a fairly straightforward program to use. I've been using it for many years and rarely have had problems with the user interface. If I had to say what I like best, I would say it's pretty easy to use. 

**What do you dislike about Form Simplicity?**

There seems to be frequent hiccups with the program.  When it works, it works.  But there are frequent times I get messages from co-workers asking who else is having trouble with the system.

**Recommendations to others considering Form Simplicity:**

Get some very basic training and you'll be fine.  Pretty easy to figure it out. 

**What problems is Form Simplicity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes it super easy for clients to do e-signature.  I've not once had a client tell me they had trouble using the system nor have I had to explain how to use it to a client - very straightforward and easy to use.

Paying extra to upgrade the program for signing and limited access on certain mobile devices or computer prog and
