As a food company, they provide a fantastic service. More importantly, it's reliable and rarely not on time. The app is also easy to use, and our rep is super responsive. They also allow you to swap out meals for different ones if you want to try something new. **What do you dislike about Forkable?** Forkable gives you a 24-hour timeframe to order meals. You cannot place an order if you do not meet the deadline. This makes sense, but it can be a hassle when you do not receive their notification. A follow-up notification would be excellent. **What problems is Forkable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Forkable, my company would order from one vendor for all employees. Since COVID, not as many team members have gone into the office. Forkable incentivizes employees to go into the office to enjoy a free meal while being customized to your liking, and not overspending for the company since it is harder to determine how many employees will be in the office in the new work-from-home and in-office hybrid approach. ### 4. The user experience is pretty nice as well, with Slack integrations and reminders to order. **What do you dislike about Forkable?** Having to order by 2 pm on the previous day is a bit annoying, as we've had some people need to get lunch separately because of the early cutoff. The options for each restaurant are also limited to only ~10 dishes instead of their entire menu **What problems is Forkable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Forkable is nice and straightforward: get your company good food in a timely manner. The promise of being on time wasn't kept by our previous contractor and it's been a welcome change. ### 6. Lots of variety in the cuisines offered and a default option is selected in case you do not get to the website in time. **What do you dislike about Forkable?** Forkable enforces a 2 pm time limit the previous day to enter your selection. A 24h window seems too broad for what are usually lunch orders in my situation. In addition, the absence of a mobile app (as far as I know) makes it a bit tedious to get to your laptop and enter selections. Finally, food quality is often subpar unfortunately, Forkable could vet their partner restaurants with more attention to ensure higher quality and consistency. **What problems is Forkable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Forkable is a convenient solution to get lunch delivered daily to my office. The variety of choices allows for lunches to not be too redundant and always prepared for me. ### 7. Being introduced to various restaurants has been a treat! Portion sizes have been perfect for lunch. The variety of options was a real surprise. **What do you dislike about Forkable?** Nothing. Food has always been tasty. Weekly ordering has been effortless. I enjoy the variety of choices I am provided each week. **What problems is Forkable solving and how is that benefiting you?** None that I am aware of. ### 9. Food choices are great (the 2 different syles usually fit everyone's taste), delivery is timely and the food tends to be really good. **What do you dislike about Forkable?** There is nothing unlikeable at this time. The only thing to be concerned about is the time to order. If you miss the deadline, which may be 2 pm the day before the meal, you cannot order as an employee. I have not checked whether admins may be able to add late orders. **What problems is Forkable solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are trying to provide weekly meals to encourage folks to come into the office. This really takes a huge burden off the facilities team. ### 10. There are so many high quality options to choose from and I can customize my meal so I'm able to eat exactly what I want. It's mind blowing that I can get a sweetgreen salad, my coworker can get fried chicken sandwich and another coworker can get pad thai on the same day without even leaving the office or planning ahead. **What do you dislike about Forkable?** I'm honestly so happy with Forkable lunches that I don't have anything to complain about. It's really GOOD fresh meals delivered to you office or home, what's not to like? **Recommendations to others considering Forkable:** If you're even slightly dissatisfied with your team lunch experience, give Forkable try. The set up is easy and you can use the service whenever you like since there's never any contract. I promise you wont regret it!! **What problems is Forkable solving and how is that benefiting you?** While in the office, I can eat what I want and if I'm too busy to order a meal, the perfect lunch still shows up with my name on it. Now that we are all working at home during covid19 and there's Forkable @ Home, lunch is still one less thing I have to worry about cause it shows up on my doorstep. Time savings and efficiency gains is one the most surprising benefits of Forkable. ### 11. We're especially grateful that they adapted so quickly and delivered goodness and lots of stress relief during a tough year * The food selection is yummy and makes it easy to meet various dietary needs. Their healthy options personally help me eat a lot better than I normally would * The level of service is fantastic * Never had any major delivery issues * Slack + text messaging notifications are very helpful **What do you dislike about Forkable?** * As stated above, I'll miss Forkable@Home, so I suppose I dislike whatever challenges stand in the way of an amazing service * I used to joke about their AI pitch. Glad they got rid of it. Their human touch is better. :) **What problems is Forkable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Forkable makes it possible for us to focus on delivering great products to our customers, all while being well-fed and less stressed. Not having to worry about what to eat for lunch is one of the best benefits an org can provide. I wish it was easy to measure the ROI out of curiosity, but when dealing with the long-term happiness and health of your team--does it matter? I'm just grateful we can enjoy Forkable. ### 12. Highlights in order of importance: Customer service is friendly from the start, attentive, and pro-active. There is little I need to think about and if I screw up by cancelling everyone’s meals, the team catches it minutes later. In general, support emails get turned around quickly and I can always count on that. Quality of restaurants and delivery make them an easy choice to carry over as I start at new companies. Variety, quality and packaging keep employees happy. Delivery couriers are usually very pleasant and always on time. User experience is also easy and appealing. I’ve never had an employee find Forkable confusing. As an admin, it’s easy to manage from start to finish - add new people, set holidays, order on behalf of an executive. I can download files quickly for full visibility, such as members list and invoices. **What do you dislike about Forkable?** I can't think of a thing. Forkable has done a really good job **What problems is Forkable solving and how is that benefiting you?** In a role where I juggle many roles and am constantly switching gears throughout the day, Forkable alleviates and manages a huge part of what makes employees happy. Not only are they just mildly pleased, but the employees are happy. ### 13. The food is delicious. The Forkable team (especially Jared) are fantastic to work with and are super responsive to all questions and requests. It's just been a completely positive experience. **What do you dislike about Forkable?** Nothing. It's all positive! I have no complaints at all. **What problems is Forkable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our team spent a significant amount of time each day on the logistics of feeding our team during the pandemic. (Ordering, distributing food, managing receipts, etc). Forkable has reduced this overhead to a completely manageable level. ### 14. Upon request they did give our regular drivers their own carts to use when delivering our meals, however any new drivers would still be put in a position where we needed to meet them at their cars/our doors with our own cart to help facilitate getting the meals upstairs before their parking was invalidated. **What problems is Forkable solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a very busy office that is located in a city with an abundance of traffic. Travel to and from the local restaurant options would often consume the majority of our employees' allocated lunch time and would impact their ability to make it on time to their meetings. Having the default of getting everyone's lunch delivered at the same time and to the same place has really helped with productivity and has provided a great socializing opportunity for employees who would not have otherwise had the opportunity. ### 15. We are no longer limited to the restaurants in our neighborhood or by the common preferences of our team - with Forkable, everyone gets to pick what they want. They're also super accommodating to dietary restrictions: as a vegan, I often have trouble finding options or can't eat at restaurants other team members would prefer; Forkable always has good options for me and makes it clear and easy to find and adjust meals to fit my needs. Their customer support has also been terrific, whenever I've had a question or an issue they've responded immediately and resolved it. **What do you dislike about Forkable?** I haven't had any issues with Forkable - they've made lunch so easy for us and are incredibly flexible, so everyone on our team has been happy to use it and can opt out whenever they choose. They've even improved in the time since we started with them, adding more options for substitutions and dietary restrictions, as well as switching to compostable packaging. **Recommendations to others considering Forkable:** The Forkable dashboard has a lot of functionality, from basic user settings to fun features like "cheat days". Make sure your team is comfortable with the platform, as it will make it much easier to administrate and coordinate deliveries and ensure everyone gets a meal when they expect and none go to waste. **What problems is Forkable solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a small office, our team used to spend time before lunch each day debating where to go for lunch and working to accommodate everyone's interests and preferences each time. We now have a wide variety of restaurant and food options, can order different meals and still eat together, and never have to spend valuable time thinking about what to do for lunch! ### 16.
