**Describe the project or task Forget Computers helped with:**

We used Forget Computers for supporting the Macs in our creative departments (approx 15 Macs) from 2005–2013. They gave us stellar support remotely and came in regularly to maintain our machines. I especially appreciated the vast knowledge and network of information they offered related to our InDesign/InCopy workflows.

**What do you like best about Forget Computers?**

The vast knowledge of Mac workflows. The human touch and friendly demeanor brought to the "helpdesk" experience—greatly appreciated by all team members. Also their willingness to trouble-shoot methodically to get to the bottom of every issue was priceless.

**What do you dislike about Forget Computers?**

I had no problems working with this vendor.

**Recommendations to others considering Forget Computers:**

Great solution for Windows-based companies with fewer than Macs.
