ForgePlan is advancing construction intelligence by teaching AI to understand the drawings that power the built world. Its technology combines construction-specific computer vision, deterministic code analysis, multidisciplinary reasoning, and evidence-linked human review to interpret complex 3D and 2D plan sets, identify potential risks, and help AEC professionals make faster, better-informed decisions. Led by CEO Keith Povich, ForgePlan reflects a rare combination of deep construction experience, systems thinking, and technological imagination. Keith is a sharp, curious, and grounded leader who understands both the realities of the field and the enormous potential of responsible AI. His approachable nature, practical judgment, and commitment to helping professionals succeed- shape ForgePlan’s mission: expand industry capacity, protect professional oversight, reduce avoidable rework, and transform construction documents into clear, actionable intelligence.
