Foreign Trade Order & Delivery Tracking Tool is a simple, offline order ledger for small import/export businesses, trading companies and export sales reps who have outgrown spreadsheets but don't want a heavy ERP system. Keep every order in one list with order number, customer, product, specification, quantity, unit price and an auto-calculated total. Track production and shipping status from Awaiting Production through In Production, Completed, Shipped and Settled, with orders past their delivery date highlighted in red. Record deposits and payments received and see the balance due, with Paid, Partial and Unpaid at a glance. Each order also holds the payment method, trade terms (FOB, CIF, EXW, CFR, FCA, DDP), logistics info and notes. Search and filter by customer, order number, status or date range, and export a PDF order ledger with totals and unpaid balance. The whole interface and the PDF switch between English and Chinese. Nothing to install: it runs in your browser, and order data stays on your own computer. Sold as a one-time purchase with a lifetime license (2 activations), no subscription. It does not handle tax filing, customs declarations or accounting.
