Foreign Trade Bilingual Quotation Tool is a simple, offline quotation maker for exporters, factory sales teams, trading companies and sourcing agents who quote overseas buyers and want something faster and tidier than a spreadsheet. Build itemized quotations with product name, spec/model, unit, quantity and unit price, and the line amounts and grand total are calculated automatically. Save your company name, address, contact details and bank account once: your company name heads every PDF, with your details in the seller section and your bank info at the bottom. Quote in your buyer's currency (USD, EUR, GBP, CNY, HKD, JPY, AUD, CAD, SGD or AED), with quote number, quote and valid-until dates, trade terms (FOB, CIF, EXW, CFR, FCA, DDP), payment method, and default terms and conditions you can edit on every quote. Export any quote as a clean PDF, duplicate an existing quote as the starting point for a new one, and search by customer or quote number. The interface and the PDF labels switch between English and Chinese. Nothing to install: it runs in your browser, and your quotes stay on your own computer. Sold as a one-time purchase with a lifetime license (2 activations), no subscription. It does not convert currencies or handle tax, customs declarations or payments.
