Comparison Not as popular as MS Project and Primavera **What do you dislike about Forecast?** the software is basically for IT projects or software development projects, not for construction projects (EPC ). **What problems is Forecast solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling and resource allocation, duration estimation, resource allocation. ### 2. It's clunky and hasn't changed since we implemented it years ago. **What problems is Forecast solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solely use Forecast to plan what is on people's queues and what their priority is. The view is dated looking. One thing I wish it would do is just let you copy/paste a timeline to another timeline, duplicate or even just create a "template". Every project is the exact same with the same language, but I have to re-type every step each time I create a new project. It's frustrating and time consuming. We're currently looking into other solutions. ### 3. Furthermore, Forecast has time tracking and scheduling tools that let managers and team leaders delegate tasks to those who are able to complete them efficaciously. With these, each member can prioritize immediate responsibilities so that the team can meet its deadlines. **What do you dislike about Forecast?** They can provide templates for customising according to the projects and other tools for robust project and team management. **What problems is Forecast solving and how is that benefiting you?** For coherent collaboration, intuitive project tracking , smart resource allocation. ### 4.
