When we approached Forecast Pro, we told them how many SKUs we had (10,000+) and they said, "No problem!" Unfortunately, I have had to split my products into 5 different files, which makes the S&OP process tedious. You can merge them back together in a "Super Project" but mine is so large that the program crashes and is unusable. Although I really like being able to track different lead times of MAPE, I wish there were a way to see forecast accuracy instead of forecast error. Our executive team doesn't want to see errors.
