fordify helps German law firms prepare statements of claim (Forderungsaufstellungen) under § 367 BGB. Default interest under § 288 BGB is calculated day by day and split at every change of the base rate. Payments that are not expressly allocated are applied first to costs, then to interest and finally to the principal; where several claims may require a different statutory allocation, fordify marks the statement as a draft for review. Lawyers' fees (RVG) and court fees (GKG) are built in, and the statement is ready to print as a PDF. Case data is not transmitted to fordify, in any plan, and fordify sets no cookies. The free version needs no account; the paid founder licence (EUR 79 net per user, 12 months, no automatic renewal, business customers in the EU/EEA only) adds permanent local storage, CSV/JSON export, case management and pre-filled enforcement forms (§ 753 ZPO, Annex 6 ZVFV). Plus 11 free legal calculators. German-language only.
