The product has 2 features that I like most. The first and best part of these is the management and reporting feature. The Management and Reporting console is smooth and intuitive. In this way, we can see user behavior and traffic in detail. The second feature I like is that it can easily monitor traffic and patterns to find infected computers on the network that need fixing. The configuration and setup of the product was a bit complicated for me. While this alone isn't a bad feature, it's hard to find what you're looking for on knowledge base sites. It also has multiple instruction sheets for all the different versions of the available software. You can switch to different software versions one way or another, but it may take some time to find what you want. In my opinion, the best part of the product is that we can categorize access to sites. With this feature, we can give users access by category rather than the content of a website. Also, the product is very good at blocking Phishing Links and Malicious content. Overall, the performance of the product is satisfactory. However, the software upgrades of the product are really challenging for us. I think Forcepoint should make this even easier. It is very stable and you can forget that it is there to maintain it. It takes care of itself and you can use your other to do other demanding tasks in your job. Everything is taken of. You have to learn that the appliance has other "virtual machines" running on it. The CLI can be quite intimidating at first as it is a hardened proprietary Linux appliance. You have to do some learning on troubleshooting using the CLI as the GUI troubleshooting tools are limited, like I said it is intimidating at first but the system is very stable and troubleshooting is not an everyday thing. There are also some web sites or web applications which don't work well with the Content Management Gateway (another "VM" in the appliance) and have to "tunnel" them or bypass SSL decryption for them to work for your users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
