## Forcepoint Data Security Cloud Reviews
  ### 1. What I Like and What Can Improve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Baris guney y. | Cyber Security Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?**

Lately, I like how Forcepoint Data Security Cloud feels more practical for day-to-day operations. The dashboards and alerts make it easier to spot risky activity faster, and the investigation view helps us understand what happened without spending too much time pulling logs from different places.I also like the flexibility of the policies. It is easier to tune controls for different user groups and cloud services, so we can reduce false positives while still keeping strong protection for sensitive data.

**What do you dislike about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?**

Forcepoint Data Security Cloud can improve in three main areas.

Pricing and licensing could be simpler and more predictable, especially when add-ons are needed.

Deployment and policy tuning still takes time. More guided setup, stronger default templates, and clearer best practices would help teams get value faster. Finally, reporting and investigations could be faster and more flexible, with easier filtering and export options for audits and incident response

**What problems is Forcepoint Data Security Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secret files that locates in onedrive, gdrive are company vulnerable thats why we need casb

  ### 2. Effective data security platform with strong policy controls

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Swapnil Niranjan G. | Forcepoint DLP Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?**

Forcepoint ONE provides robust data security with strong DLP policy enforcement. It helps in identifying, monitoring, and protecting sensitive data across endpoints and networks. The centralized console makes it easier to manage incidents, apply policies, and ensure compliance with organizational security needs.

**What do you dislike about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?**

The interface can be a bit complicated for new users, and some policy configurations require extra steps. Report customization is limited, which sometimes makes it harder to extract the exact insights needed. Occasional slow performance is also observed during policy or patch updates.

**What problems is Forcepoint Data Security Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forcepoint ONE is helping our organization prevent sensitive data leakage by monitoring and controlling endpoints, email, and network traffic. It reduces the risk of insider threats and accidental data loss through automated policy enforcement. The solution also simplifies compliance with regulatory requirements by providing detailed incident tracking and reporting, which saves time for the security team and improves overall data protection.

  ### 3. Comprehensive Security Made Simple, but Setup Can Be Challenging

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prathamesh K. | Network Security Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?**

Forcepoint ONE is great because it puts all your security tools in one place, making it easier to protect users, data, and apps no matter where people work. It’s simple to manage and helps stop threats before they cause problems.

**What do you dislike about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?**

One downside of Forcepoint ONE is that it can be complex to set up at first, especially for smaller teams. Some users also find the interface a bit overwhelming until they get used to it.

**What problems is Forcepoint Data Security Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forcepoint ONE solves the problem of managing security across many apps, devices, and locations by putting everything into one cloud-based platform. It protects data, users, and apps from threats—whether people are in the office or working remotely. This makes security easier to manage and reduces the risk of data breaches.

**What do you like best about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?**

ZTNA is not only highly functional and effective, but it is also quite practical to implement.

**What do you dislike about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?**

It has many problems, with DLP, also with ZTNA. It is very complicated to repair them, and sometimes we have to redeploy the appliances.

**What problems is Forcepoint Data Security Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It took them quite a while to fix the ZTNA issue, but once they did, for me, it's the best One module.

  ### 5. One stop solution for Performance, Usability, and Security

Password changes in active directory can take around 15 minutes to reflect and this causes delays in user access.

**What problems is Forcepoint Data Security Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zero Trust Access – This ensures secure access to applications without exposing them.
Threat Protection - Detects and mitigates cyber threats, including phishing and malware attacks.

  ### 6. Insider threat catcher (Powered by AI)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit A. | Security Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?**

Forcepoint Insider threat is a powerful AI detection and prevention tool for the threats within the organization and it's easy to use for any admin or analysts. It's UEBA feature is very impactful as it gives the in-depth insight of User Behaviour across every channels including endpoint, email, network, cloud etc. Detects suspicious activities along with the suspicious behavious based on the real time pattern, Also the plus point is it automatically blocks the sensitive data uploads and everything which covers the DLP features. This Product provides the Risk Score by telling how much your organisation is safe and what's the overall risk index and also suggests the various steps to improve that. If we talk about integration, then this product is the best fit for any third party integrations and also applicable in co-exist mode. For internal or SI team, this product is easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?**

Personally i don't dislike this product, as forcepoint already captured huge market for their Start Product like DLP.

**What problems is Forcepoint Data Security Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product not only benefiting me but most organisation within the globe, as this Focepoint is very known OEM. Forcepoint ITM is a great product which reduces the efforts in ivestigation and response to the real time insider threat. In today's era, most cyber crimes are hapening because of the insider employees not because of the external malicious actors.

  ### 7. In-Cloud

Can be assigned based on public IP address.
Mostly all the application are available on it.

**What do you dislike about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?**

Need to wait for 20 mins or more sometimes for the policy to be reflected on the user systems, time should be less when connected to near cloud server. Sometimes agents misbhave causing users to get entirely blocked or entirely allowed.
Additional and extra server is required for syncing the AD users

**What problems is Forcepoint Data Security Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating policies assigning them based on user or ip.
Allowing or blocking access based on requirements.

  ### 8. Comprehensive protection against internal risks

  ### 9. Complete security solution with flexible cloud availability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris R. | Director, Membership, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?**

I like the level of protection that comes from Forcepoint Dynamic Edge Protection, its coverage is more than sufficient. The systems advanced capabilities in threat detection and prevention have helped in securing our network. It is quite easy to deploy because it is cloud based, which makes it easy to grow with the organization, and the implementation into the existing ecosystem was straightforward…Not to mention, the user interface is easy to understand which translates into better control of the security efforts.

**What do you dislike about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?**

Forcepoint Dynamic Edge Protection is potent however; there is often a great care and time spent on diagnosing the problems which might be better utilized doing further improvements. There are also some advanced options that might require a little training for new users due to the learning curve. But once you’re able to actually use it, it’s a great additional tool in the overall security arsenal.

**What problems is Forcepoint Data Security Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forcepoint dynamic edge protection is a capability that allows us to protect our cloud and network environments by providing real-time threat detection and remediation in advanced activities. This has been important in shielding our information from cyber-security threats and unauthorized breaches. Moreover, its scalability feature enables us to grow our protection mechanisms illustrating that there would be no need to overhaul the system as the entity expands. This ultimately profits in that it spares us the worry about the security of the concerned information.

  ### 10. ForcePoint Data Analyzer:A Comprehensive Reivew

**What do you like best about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?**

As per my usage Force Point Data analyzer so far is the easiast to use and implement in the organization. Its integration with various products was a plus point as it helped me and my team be more productive and using all the features to its full potential

**What do you dislike about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?**

During the time of my usage the customer support was not really responsive. It might be because of the communication gaps but customer support was not that helpful during my usage. That could be one of the reason the frequency of my usage was not that long.

**What problems is Forcepoint Data Security Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped my organization by reducing the risk of data breaches by providing me a full visiblity of my sesitive data.
