"Excellent proxy solution."

What do you like best about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?

How easy is to use once its deployed in your enviroment. Troubleshooting is suprisley simple versus our previous solution. Also the response time when we open a case are very good for incident where we can't fix it ourselfs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would recommend to spend a good amount of time during the POC, specially for policies creation before rolling it out to production. Also, it is known that Forcepoint Proxy Connect has issues with mobile carrier Telcel in Mexico (users may require to add a service to their line in order to work). Emails are constantly under threat of malware, viruses, spam, and other threats, and this is where Forcepoint Email Security comes in. The software has worked well for us, and I like that it is easy to deploy and customize. It is affordable, and there are plenty of features. The support is not no skilled and takes a lot of time to solve most of the tickets.

We has some issues during the initial setup because the endpoint was not stable running on Windows operating system

Web content gateways requires much system resources on Hyper-V (6 vCPUs and 12GB RAM at least)

"Email Security - Thumbs Up. Web Security - Not So Much"

What do you like best about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?

The Email Security product was good. We had few, if any issues with it. We had bundled Email Security with Web Security, which was a total flop. If you buy Email Security as a stand alone product, you should be fine with its performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?

We had no particular issues with the Email Security product. What killed our interest in Forcepoint as a company was support, plain and simple. As stated, we were satisfied with the Email Security product. And, other than being a resource hog, the Web Security product was decent, when it worked. When it didn't, getting their support team to acknowledge a problem and work to resolution was worse than pulling teeth. We had a three-year contract and in the last 12-18 months we had a critical issue that Forcepoint showed zero interest in resolving, the issue being that Forcepoint would randomly refuse to recognize an authorized user, thus blocking access when it shouldn't have. If you are considering Forcepoint Email Security, I would urge you to reconsider. Proofpoint or Mimecast offer MUCH better products. Proofpoint's support has been outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Forcepoint Email Security performed well when it came to detecting and preventing email threats. Their success rate in identifying threats was on par with most other vendors. URL analysis and Spam Filter features are really advanced. Many suspicious mails are filtered on Forcepoint. With URL analysis, we also block mails from suspicious domains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?

The system is stable and secure. I very like the console management and the support. The agent installed in the pcs is very useful and a self solved utility with the logs collection.

We are using this product since a few years.

Best features: Content Filter for Laptop, HTTPS inspection, Single Sign on via AD. Is the best solution also for save money in a long term way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
