We had few, if any issues with it. We had bundled Email Security with Web Security, which was a total flop. If you buy Email Security as a stand alone product, you should be fine with its performance. **What do you dislike about Forcepoint Data Security Cloud?** We had no particular issues with the Email Security product. What killed our interest in Forcepoint as a company was support, plain and simple. As stated, we were satisfied with the Email Security product. And, other than being a resource hog, the Web Security product was decent, when it worked. When it didn't, getting their support team to acknowledge a problem and work to resolution was worse than pulling teeth. We had a three-year contract and in the last 12-18 months we had a critical issue that Forcepoint showed zero interest in resolving, the issue being that Forcepoint would randomly refuse to recognize an authorized user, thus blocking access when it shouldn't have. They were better when they were WebSense. **Recommendations to others considering Forcepoint Data Security Cloud:** If you are considering Forcepoint Email Security, I would urge you to reconsider. Proofpoint or Mimecast offer MUCH better products. Their success rate in identifying threats was on par with most other vendors.
