The most helpful thing about Force Fleet Tracking is that it connects to my jobber account. Its also a very non complicated app to use, easy to learn and to teach others how to use. What is most helpful about the Force Fleet Tracking System is the ease of plugging in the device and watching the unit become live on the web. The set up was quick and user-friendly as I was able to navigate the pages without confusion or difficulty. When I ran into an issue with setting up a unit, I contacted my account manager and the response was immeidate. He went as far as to offer a discount on units that did were not connect properly. Being able to review the GPS units on my phone allows me to know the status of our fleet in live time. I frequently reivew the mileage accumulated, the length of time spent on a job site, and which vehicles require maintenance. The frequency of use is daily and the ease of integration to our daily ops makes it worthwhile. Most importantly is the monthly cost is much lower than other subscription based services. The downside I found is the not with the product or service but with the drivers hitting the GPS unit because of the location of the OBD ports. Force Fleet tracking allows us to easily dispatch trucks to emergency service calls or to get support to teams in the feild. The location of the Force Fleet traker plugin in our Ram promasters is not very good and gets bumped out of the slot by some of our larger drivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We originally used Verizon Connect to track our vehicles but it was way too expensive for our small company. Force Fleet is much more affordable and does the same thing. Force Fleet Tracking is a valuable tool to track employees arrival and leave times to and from job sites The system is very easy to read and we appreciate the system providing mile information from job to job with detailed address information. We can easily monitor how long an employee is at a specific job. Having this tool makes it very easy to reimburse employees for miles and also helps with payroll start and end tiimes. The ease of use for even a small fleet is great. I am able to track my vehicles on the daily with no trouble at all. It is virtually maintenance free and it was a breeze to install and get going. The only thing I can say that I'd critique is that there is no interface to be able to plan a route in the software (that I know of).
