The set up was quick and user-friendly as I was able to navigate the pages without confusion or difficulty. When I ran into an issue with setting up a unit, I contacted my account manager and the response was immeidate. He went as far as to offer a discount on units that did were not connect properly. Being able to review the GPS units on my phone allows me to know the status of our fleet in live time. I frequently reivew the mileage accumulated, the length of time spent on a job site, and which vehicles require maintenance. The frequency of use is daily and the ease of integration to our daily ops makes it worthwhile. Most importantly is the monthly cost is much lower than other subscription based services. **What do you dislike about Force Fleet Tracking?** The downside I found is the not with the product or service but with the drivers hitting the GPS unit because of the location of the OBD ports. However, my account manager gave me a suggestion to avoid the units being knocked off and it worked! **What problems is Force Fleet Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mileage reconcilation, maintenance monitioring, and live-location of workers. ### 3. We can easily reroute trucks to nearby jobs rather than having them come back to the shop to get new routes. ### 4. Force Fleet is much more affordable and does the same thing. It also allows us up to keep up with vehicle maintenance and employee's driving behaviors, which we really like. **What do you dislike about Force Fleet Tracking?** Whenever there are technical difficulties and we can't track our employees. We also work in the mountains so the service isn't always great but that's not necessarily Force Fleet's fault. **What problems is Force Fleet Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?** How long employees spend on our jobs so we know how many hours to bill. Keeping track of employees to make sure they are where they say they are. Being able to determine if an employee leaves a job site for lunch. Keeping up with vehicle service and maintenance. We can easily monitor how long an employee is at a specific job. I am able to track my vehicles on the daily with no trouble at all. It is virtually maintenance free and it was a breeze to install and get going. **What do you dislike about Force Fleet Tracking?** The only thing I can say that I'd critique is that there is no interface to be able to plan a route in the software (that I know of). Super handy, it will also relay any diagnostic trouble codes to the admin dashboard which allows me to stay on top of any issues our vehicles have. The dashboard is very intuitive and relays a lot of information to the office. Best $20/unit spent. **What do you dislike about Force Fleet Tracking?** Haven't found anything with the system that makes me dislike this system. Future updates to both the vehicle and Force device may resolve the issue. Not enough information was provided by the vehicle to the device to maintain the trip log accurately. After working with customer service to try to resolve the issues, I returned the device for a refund. **What problems is Force Fleet Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ideally, this device/application would efficiently track vehicle trips taken to document business use. Easy to use and accuracy is great. Love that there are other services besides just the GPS, like maintenance receipt uploads and reports on serval important fleet management tools. **What do you dislike about Force Fleet Tracking?** Occasionally, the system has down time usually due to internet issues or other issues and sometimes my data is lost for that time period when it went down, so when I print the reports they are not complete trip reports. I do not have a person who can watch the GPS App constantly so, I have to rely on reports much of the time when I am having to schedule jobs manually into my HCP App. **What problems is Force Fleet Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?** It covers most of what I need it for but I am sure I will need more of what you provide and am willing to hep you improve the app. I don't have time to explain that all here but it has been very helpful.
