What do you dislike about FoodReady?

To share a few suggestions: more features could be added to the checklist builder. For example, the ability to calculate values and convert units would be appreciated. It would also be helpful if we help to assign batch codes, or allow pre-assigning the code format, since that could save time and reduce mistakes from staff using it. What do you like best about FoodReady?

I use FoodReady for food safety and inventory management at our dessert manufacturing site. I like how it has allowed us to digitize our records and move away from paper. The AI component is particularly helpful, as it makes the HACCP system and flow easier to get right. It's also an easy-to-use system. I appreciate that it suggests Critical Control Points (CCPs) and flows that help strengthen our program to ensure compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FoodReady?

We had to change a few things to get it to work the way we wanted it to. Maybe we should have had some more time spent in the setup stages or looked at getting some local support to help with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FoodReady?

I use FoodReady for traceability and food safety checklists in our manufacturing facility. It provides insight into our inventory levels, the ability to report nonconformances, and verify our food safety programs. The FoodReady team has been very supportive and very responsive when it comes to bugs. Additionally, I use it with NetSuite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FoodReady?

Two things. Our FoodReady consultant, Maggie, is absolutely fantastic. She’s extremely knowledgeable, always willing to help, and offers helpful suggestions and clear direction. She also responds in a very timely manner. I honestly have never had a customer service experience as good as this.

The other positive is the software is regularly upgraded. It's set up in a logical/user friendly manner, and becomes easier to use with each new release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
