I like that the app can easily be used on your phone or tablet. It’s not complicated to use and it has everything you need. I appreciate that the backend team updated the app often to provide new features and responds quickly if there are bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside is that discontinued features still show up in the app (like batches), which can be confusing for new users. I also don’t receive an email when new features drop, so I’ll notice changes in the app but might not realize what they are, how to use them, or when to use them. Updates come out often, which is good, but it also means more bugs show up, and I don’t love that it sometimes feels like we’re testing a beta version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
