"Convenient and Rewarding Lunch Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Fooda?

I like that the app is easy to use and super convenient, which really helps make my day easier without the worry of bringing or getting lunch. The rewards system is great, and the rewards are actually easy to earn. I also appreciate being able to save a payment method of my choice, which makes the transaction process fast by eliminating the hassle of manually inputting card information each time. "Game-Changer for Office Meal Programs"
5/5
What do you like best about Fooda?

What stands out most about Fooda is how seamlessly it simplifies office food programs while still offering variety and quality. From an operations standpoint, the platform is very easy to manage—menu scheduling, vendor coordination, and headcount adjustments are all intuitive and don’t require a lot of back-and-forth. One of the biggest benefits is the vendor variety and consistency. Fooda brings in a rotating selection of local restaurants, which keeps meals interesting and avoids the fatigue that comes with repetitive catering. This has noticeably improved employee satisfaction and participation in office meal programs.

In terms of performance, deliveries are generally on time and well-organized. Setup is efficient, and portions are reliable, which is critical when managing meals for a larger group. The UI/UX is clean and straightforward. Ordering and managing events takes just a few minutes, and employees also find it easy to browse menus and place orders, which reduces confusion and day-of questions. From a ROI perspective, Fooda helps streamline what would otherwise be a very manual process of sourcing, ordering, and coordinating with multiple vendors. It saves significant administrative time while also enhancing the overall employee experience.

Another standout is their support team—they are responsive, proactive, and quick to resolve any issues or last-minute changes. Onboarding was also smooth, with clear communication and guidance on how to optimize the program.

An unexpected benefit has been how Fooda contributes to office culture. Regular, high-quality meal options create more opportunities for teams to gather and connect, which adds value beyond just the food itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fooda?

While Fooda is overall a strong platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. One challenge is menu consistency and portion predictability—occasionally, portion sizes or food quality can vary depending on the vendor, which can lead to employee feedback or the need for last-minute adjustments.

From an operations perspective, more flexibility in real-time order adjustments would be helpful. For example, making changes close to delivery cut-off times or adjusting headcount isn’t always as seamless as it could be, which can create stress when managing dynamic office needs.

In terms of UI/UX, while the platform is generally easy to use, reporting and historical data could be more robust. Having clearer insights into ordering trends, spend tracking, and participation rates would make it easier to plan and optimize future orders.

Another area for improvement is vendor transparency and standardization. More detailed information about vendors (such as reliability ratings, portion guidance, or past performance) would help in making more informed decisions when scheduling meals.

We’re also looking forward to enhancements around individual ordering functionality. An option for employees to place their own orders outside of a centralized group order would provide more flexibility and reduce the administrative burden on office managers, especially in larger or more dynamic teams. Overall, these are incremental improvements that would make an already strong service even more efficient and predictable for office operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient and Diverse Lunch Options"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fooda?

I really like Fooda because it offers diverse food options, making lunch more exciting with different choices throughout the week that I might not be able to cook myself at home. It's also important to me that Fooda supports smaller businesses instead of big corporations, which is something I value greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fooda?

Sometimes the prices are pretty steep for the small portion sizes that you get. And sometimes in the app, it's not always updated properly for when someone runs out of food. Sometimes if you order ahead of time, they won't put your order aside, so then you come down to pick up your order and they either say, we ran out entirely or we ran out of this but offer a substitute. And sometimes there's not enough staff to help, so there's one person working behind the counter, and the line to get food turns into a twenty-minute wait just to order. "Excellent Experience with Fooda: Friendly Team, Great Variety, and Convenient Options"
4/5
What do you like best about Fooda?

overall the experience has been excellent. The Fooda team is consistently friendly, professional, and easy to work with, which makes a big difference day to day. Having reliable access to both hot and cold food options Monday through Friday is incredibly convenient and adds real value for everyone in the building.

The grab-and-go section stands out for its wide variety. There are always multiple options to choose from, which makes it easy to accommodate different tastes and schedules. Fooda also does a great job listening to customer feedback and making adjustments as needed, which shows they truly care about the experience they provide.

I especially want to call out the main onsite team and the team lead, Sharolyn. They are attentive, approachable, and do a great job keeping everything running smoothly. It is clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the overall quality of service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fooda?

While our overall experience with Fooda has been positive, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance consistency and satisfaction.

The Fooda app is generally easy to use, but it can be inconsistent in terms of food pricing, availability, and customization options. Improving accuracy and reliability in these areas would help set clearer expectations for users. Additionally, while the app functions well, a visual refresh or updated design could improve the overall user experience.

I have also noticed a gradual decline in food quality, which has been disappointing. While the protein options remain varied and appealing, the taste and texture have become less consistent. Proteins can sometimes be dry or tough, which impacts the overall meal experience. The price does not match the quality of the food expected. This is an area that could benefit from closer attention.

The coffee and smoothie bar could use additional staff training. Although the smoothies are fresh, they often lack flavor, and coffee orders can take longer than expected and are not always consistent in quality. With some refinements, this area could better match the strengths seen elsewhere in the operation.

From a space-and-atmosphere perspective, the dining area can feel somewhat quiet or underutilized, especially with only one stall consistently operating. While the indoor seating areas are well used, additional shaded outdoor seating would be a welcome improvement.

Lastly, the grab-and-go section would benefit from more healthy options and more consistent restocking. Items tend to run out frequently, and expanding the selection to include more snack options would better meet customer needs throughout the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the food vendors are charging much more than the prices listed on their official site, which makes the company-provided subsidy essentially useless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Variety and Convenience Make Fooda Pop-Ups a Go-To"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fooda?

I love the variety and convenience of going to a Fooda pop up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fooda?

Sometimes the menu is improperly labeled when it comes to how to order a vegetarian entrée. Also, the modifications available online or in the app don’t always align with what’s possible in person—there tend to be fewer options online and more options when ordering in person. "Easy Food Ordering with Good Vendor Options"
4/5
What do you like best about Fooda?

I can view the vendor options for the week, and I can order my food ahead of time and pick it up at the vendor. The app is easy to use for ordering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fooda?

I can't seem to get rid of certain notifications easily, like when the # of points I earned for a purchase appears immediately. I have to click on the notification for it to disappear, and it should be easier to just delete or remove it.

Sometimes, the vendors aren't great but I am not sure if that is related to company not booking the best vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient Workplace Dining with Room for Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Fooda?

I like the convenience of having food delivery at our workplace with Fooda. It's great because I don't have to leave to go get food or wait in line. The food comes to us instead of me having to go to a restaurant or fast food joint just to sit in line and get my food. This saves me time as I don't have to be in traffic or wait for food since it's available in my building. Also, I find the initial setup of Fooda very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fooda?

The quality of the food is not very consistent. Some of the restaurants offer the same meals over and over, leading to a lack of variety. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
