"Seamless Office Lunch Experience with Fooda"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fooda?

I use Fooda for daily lunch selection at my company, and it makes lunch at work an almost seamless experience. I love the good variety and convenience it offers, as well as the onsite availability. The rewards program is great because it lets me 'treat myself' occasionally. Having the app is also convenient since I can track rewards, order ahead, get notifications about new restaurants, and use the company QR code to check out. The weekly emails from Fooda are nice, allowing me to review what's coming up and prepare accordingly. Additionally, it's fantastic to just scan a code or order ahead, and I enjoy the notification when my preorder is ready. Plus, we can provide feedback on the Fooda catering candidates based on our experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fooda?

I think there should be a better check-in process for Fooda so caterers can understand how many people will actually be present on any given day. We often run into issues where too much food is brought, especially close to a holiday, or conversely, they run out of food before everyone at the company gets fed. We also had some speedbumps with the initial setup; we had to limit the number of people who could order ahead because the caterer had to catch up as everyone was pre-ordering, leading to no one actually being in line to order food. "Simple Lunch Ordering with Great Support and Solid Value"
4/5
What do you like best about Fooda?

Honestly, what I love most about Fooda is that it takes the what's for lunch" question away once a week, which is so helpful. The app is super simple: pick your vendor for the day, tap a few buttons, done. Setup on our end was easy too, it synced up with our office stuff without much hassle, and their support team was quick to respond whenever we had random questions about billing or swapping vendors. It holds up fine even when literally everyone in the office is ordering at the same time during the lunch rush, and orders come out right more often than not. Money-wise, the cost per employee is great. The smart features are pretty solid without being in-your-face about it. It picks up on what you usually order and starts surfacing those vendors/dishes higher up, so you're not re-scrolling the whole list every day. Vendor rotation and payment/credits are all automatic too — no manual tracking needed on our end. Nothing flashy, just quiet automation that removes friction you don't notice until it's gone. What do you dislike about Fooda?

What I dislike about Fooda is that there’s sometimes a lack of variety in the restaurants that come to our building. It can feel repetitive, and over the last quarter the same cuisines seemed to rotate throughout the week. For example, it was Jamaican, Thai food, piri piri, and some kind of rice bowl. That was basically it, and it got very boring. Before, there used to be a wider variety of vendors coming through, especially poke bowls. We haven’t had those in a long time. Besides that, I’m happy with Fooda. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extremely Convenient Workplace Meals with Great Value"
5/5
What do you like best about Fooda?

I love how Fooda is extremely convienent to have especially at our workplace, I do not have to worry about prepping meals the night before work because I can just get food from them at a great low price! I also really like how quick they are in prepping the food and just making an overall great customer service. Phenomenal! Phenomenal! Phenomenal! Phenomenal! What do you dislike about Fooda?

One thing I dont like about Fooda would be the pricing differences even compared to their actual products at their own locations. I do understand that they need to make money especially when they have to travel to our corporate offices, but that is my one downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes Office Catering Easy and Predictable"
5/5
What do you like best about Fooda?

The biggest strengths of Fooda are its ease of use and the variety it brings to the office. Ordering is very straightforward—you can quickly browse menus, see which restaurants are coming in, and place your order without much effort. On top of that, the rotating mix of local restaurants and cuisines keeps lunch feeling fresh and gives people a lot of choice each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fooda?

Overall the experience is positive, but the main challenge is the pickup process during catering events. Lines can get long, especially during busy lunch windows. It would be great if Fooda offered an order-ahead feature with scheduled pickup times or order numbers, so employees could grab their food more efficiently without waiting in line. "Great Variety of Food Options and a Rewards Program That Pays Off"
5/5
What do you like best about Fooda?

I like the variety of food options available to choose from. I also like the rewards program allowing me to earn points for purchases and turn them into dollars off coupons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fooda?

I dislike some of the vendor prices. I think $20 is too much for the lunch that is offered. Also some of the pop-ups are not prepared to service everyone in a timely fashion. Lines get long and they run out of food. If you use the app to order some pop-ups do not prepare the food in advance or are too busy with a line that it is not prepared at the time specified. Also having two people working is beneficial because lines go quicker and cross contamination between food and money and ipad/phone is non-existent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Friendly Staff, High Quality of service, and Convenient On-Site Service"
5/5
What do you like best about Fooda?

I like the friendly staff and the convenience of offering their services on site work I work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fooda?

The prices for Pop-Ups are a bit high for what you get. In addition, for Pop-Ups the portion sizes are somewhat small for the prices we pay. The other non-Pop-Ups in our AZ cafeteria are great in regards to prices and portion sizes, especially the Bonehead Burger, Co. and Long Island Mikes Pizza stations. "You did me a solid Fooda"
5/5
What do you like best about Fooda?

The best part of fooda is the reliability to be able to have variety options to pick from. It doesn't have to depend on one restaurant everyday. Everyday there's always a new option. Thankfully the variety is the reason I keep on using this application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fooda?

The only drawback I had from Fooda is depending more on the hosters. Fooda can only do so much but at times I get into issues of some transactions and efficiency varies on their set of rules. So even if I were to set a reservation hours in advance I could still be drawn back because at times its a first come first serve basis. I only had one restaurant that was rude about it but overall nothing on Fooda's end. Just bad luck with one restaurant giving me a bad experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fooda Makes Office Lunch Easy and Convenient"
5/5
What do you like best about Fooda?

For our agency we lost our cafeteria after COVID-19. When we were brought back to the office full time there was no place to get food and downtown is pretty spaced apart so when we got Fooda it really helped make getting lunch much easier and convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fooda?

I wish there were more options and some places can only bring premade items so you can't get waffle fries from Chick-fil-et or other items that might be good like some fast food options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient Variety with Room to Improve"
4/5
What do you like best about Fooda?

The variety and convenience. Fooda brings in good local restaurants, makes lunch easy during the workweek, and offers enough rotating options that it does not feel repetitive, even though it is only available once a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fooda?

Inconsistent value for the price, especially when portion sizes or food quality vary by vendor. Since it is only offered once a week, a weak menu or long lines that day are more noticeable. Limited timing flexibility can also make it hard to participate consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient Direct Delivery and a Great Selection"
5/5
What do you like best about Fooda?

I really like that they deliver directly to our building, which makes everything so convenient. They also have a great selection with plenty of different options to choose from Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fooda?

I don’t like that the food selections are almost always the same. I’d like to see more variety and have different options to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
