Foodline AI is an AI-native ERP and B2B ecommerce platform built for independent food distributors. It replaces QuickBooks and legacy systems like NECS entrée with one cloud system that runs the whole business: accounting, ordering, warehouse, delivery and compliance. Accounting is built in. Foodline AI includes the general ledger, financial statements, bill pay, A/R collections and three-way-match AP, so you don't need a separate accounting package. Your customers order through a B2B store that runs on the same record as the ERP. Pricing, order guides, specials and available stock are always current, and orders land without rekeying. The Order Agent turns emailed, texted and phoned-in orders into draft orders for your team to confirm. Food-specific workflows are native. Catch weight is tracked as ordered, shipped and invoiced weight. Lots follow FEFO/FIFO, with one-click trace and recall drills, FSMA 204 key data elements and cold-chain logging. Wave picking, route planning and proof of delivery close the loop from order to cash. AI routines and Copilot help with collections, purchasing and exceptions. Anything that moves money or stock waits for human approval. Migration from QuickBooks, entrée or spreadsheets is included. With clean data it typically takes 3 to 4 business days, followed by a 35- or 75-day implementation plan and free operator training. Foodline AI is month to month with no feature tiers and is built and supported from Atlanta, Georgia.
