Record your daily checks on your phone and see what is still due today: • Opening and closing checks with a daily diary and sign-off • Fridge, freezer and food temperatures, with the action taken when a reading is out of range • Cooking, cooling, reheating and hot-holding checks • Cleaning tasks: daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly • Deliveries, date labels and timed batches • HACCP controls and corrective actions • The 14 allergens • SFBB diary entries and four-weekly reviews • Staff training, fire safety and accident book records • Food waste Mistakes are crossed out with a reason, never deleted. When an inspector asks, choose the dates and share an inspection-ready PDF report in a few taps. Daily checks work offline, even with a poor signal. It works alongside Safer Food, Better Business (England and Wales), CookSafe (Scotland) and Safe Catering (Northern Ireland). It does not replace them. Plans per business: Basic £7.99 a month or £79.99 a year (one person). Plus £11.99 a month or £119.99 a year, with team access, shared records and cloud backup.
