For uploading images, you can drag and drop folders, multiple files or single files directly in the web app document folders, or you can upload to Issues or Checklist/Scope of Work. The same goes for the app, upload single or multiple images when on site, directly on to Fonn. More than happy to have a quick demo to show options, and understand more of the issues you are referring to.
