The dedicated Slack-style support model is the right fit for a small founding team. **What do you dislike about Fondo?** The pricing structure on the public pricing page versus what appears at checkout could be clearer — we initially expected one set of numbers based on the "limited time offer" framing and saw different sticker prices in the cart. The 50% Stripe Atlas discount made the net price right, but more transparent retail-vs-discounted display would reduce friction for first-time customers. Additionally, multi-user dashboard access for co-founders isn't well documented up front — we had to ask explicitly about adding our CEO to the account. Pair Fondo with a registered agent service for any state where you foreign qualify — Fondo handles tax filings but not Secretary of State paperwork. **What problems is Fondo solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a pre-revenue Delaware C-Corp operating out of Nevada with two founders on payroll, we have a surprisingly complex compliance picture: federal Form 1120, Delaware Franchise Tax, R&D tax credit, and bookkeeping all need to happen on time and correctly. Fondo handles the entire stack so we can stay focused on building product instead of becoming part-time accountants. I have really bad working experience with their team. **What do you dislike about Fondo?** I don't like Fondo because they are over promising to customers. The reply is slow in the Slack channel, and I have to ask them for the monthly report. Talking with sales and customer support team, no one replied until I raise alert. They need to clearly mention what kind of service they can do and what they cannot do.
