**What do you like best about Fomogo?**

Fomogo speed up our hiring cycle dramatically. Their candidate reachouts, screening + scheduling workflow cut 3–4 rounds down to 1–2 with far fewer no‑shows. The candidate funnel is visible end‑to‑end, so I know exactly where bottlenecks are and can nudge the process in real time. 
The outreach automations are simple to set up, and the profiles we received matched our role rubrics closely, so our interview time went into genuine signal rather than basic filtering. Turnaround from new req to qualified interviews was hours/days, not weeks/months, which is rare in tech hiring. I saved a lot of time and money in hiring because of fomogo.in

**What do you dislike about Fomogo?**

the initial role‑intake needs a bit of hand‑holding the first time; once templates are set, it’s smooth, but the learning curve can add a day and the founders was responsive when we asked for tweaks.

**What problems is Fomogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to ramp engineering hiring fast without burning leadership time on low‑signal screens. Fomogo solves three pain points: sourcing qualified candidates, orchestrating outreach/scheduling, and keeping the pipeline transparent. Practically, that meant fewer no‑shows, tighter role–candidate fit, custom made interview questions based on ctechnical and culture fit, and a single place to move candidates with interviewer feedback. The benefits: we hired 5 engineers in about 3 weeks, saved 100+ interview hours, cut time‑to‑first‑interview from ~10 days to ~3, and kept interview signal consistent across the panel. This let us ship roadmap items faster without spinning cycles on coordination and manual filtering. 

Saves cost, significantly saves time, attracts right talent, and good ai insights.

**What do you like best about Fomogo?**

We’ve experimented with several AI screening tools over the years, but nothing comes close to Fomogo. It just works—flawlessly. We’ve been able to screen hundreds of candidates with minimal effort on our part, freeing up valuable time for our team. Their new candidate sourcing feature is also a fantastic addition, making the entire hiring process even smoother. Their team is highly responsive and their support is great, I highly recommend Fomogo to anyone who wants a reliable and efficient sourcing and screening solution.
