Hi there - thank you for providing us with feedback. All of us here at Followup take comments seriously and use them for improvement for the future. I'm sorry to hear you find the system complicated and are unhappy with the features. I'd love to help you have a more enjoyable experience and get the most out of Followup CRM. For example, have you been able to join us for a weekly live Office Hours Training? We also provide a "Suggest a Feature" page for users to leave their suggestions and ideas. These are reviewed daily by our COO and product manager, and most of our new features originated from customer feedback. We appreciate any enhancement or feature ideas from our users which then might be placed on our company product road map.

This page allows users to comment and/or vote for new feature suggestions or enhancement ideas. Our COO and product manager review these and some suggestions make their way to our company product road map. The good news, we listen to our users.
