Nothing, the import process has been a nightmare Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Follow Up Boss?

The import process has been challenging. I messed it up the first time because the help desk said it was formatted incorrectly. I then sent them my file for them to correct and import. Still, the same issue and Matt Rider on the help desk just said that all I can do is go through my 1k plus of contacts and fix it one by one, even though they are the ones that imported it incorrectly. They also advertised on their website that every new customer gets a dedicated onboarding specialist. That is only the case if you buy an upgraded package. I showed them a screenshot from their website, and they still didn't honor it. Overall, I feel oversold, and I would be cautious for any agent that is moving from a previous CRM not to delete the old crm information until everything is moved over correctly. What do you like best about Follow Up Boss?

If you like to be on the constant forefront of your clients imagination, and thoughts when it comes to working with you than this software is for you, it doubles as a CRM and a follow up system so you can keep your database top of mind and they won't fall through the cracks. What do you dislike about Follow Up Boss?

Nothing as of yet, as any CRMs it takes some time to get used to using the systems, and processes, but once you get the handle on it, it will make your life that much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FollowUpBoss comes pre-built so that you can turn it on and you are ready to go, but it also can grow with your business. There is so much that you can customize and integrate with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The is a serious learning curve when getting adjusted to FUB. I can take some time getting used to it, but luckily, there are a lot of helpful resources like their private Facebook group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
