What do you like best about Follow Up Boss?

Followup boss is a fantastic system to keep track of clients. It allows you to easily track clients and take notes. Theres also an easy way to set up easy communications automatically by either email and even texting. It automatically lets you see these transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Follow Up Boss?

The reporting tool is not as sophisticated as like a Salesforce would be. THe emails are also pretty basic. If you wanted a better looking email youd probably need to import contacts into something like a Mailchimp Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
