Does not allow for custom salutations on mailing labels, No choice of alternate fonts / colours, or lablel styles. Their software is not sophisticated in this regard. What problems is Follow Up Boss solving and how is that benefiting you? Transferred from previous outdated CRM which was becoming unreliable and had virtually no support anymore. We have not experienced any signifigant downtime with FUB. Support is friendly and easy to reach, but their product knowledge and ability to identify or solve issues has not been great. I signed up and its onboarding banner is in the way and there's no option to skip any of the instructions. I searched their help articles and they are very basic. Nothing about the issues I am having. They haven't really invested any time in using real cases to create content. I tried calling them and they left me on hold for ten minutes just to send me to voicemail. I emailed them yesterday and didn't get like a case confirmation or a reply. We have tried a few CRMs and none compare with FUB. Makes it easy to run our team of 6 users and easily juggle fresh leads and past clients. There is a little bit of a learning curve at first, but their support and webinars, as well as lots of online videos make it easy to get rolling. We love how our leads will come straight into FUB from Facebook & Google and our various websites we use for lead generation. We can then use assortments of tags and categories to put them on drip campaigns. The ability to call straight from FUB and have our own individual business phone numbers for texting and calling is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Follow Up Boss? There are some "workarounds" required for some of the more in-depth features. Recommendations to others considering Follow Up Boss: The platform is expensive to use but it pays for itself quickly when you see how much more effectively you keep in touch with your database. Now we can have them on drip campaigns that send emails and texts, and we can get reminders for our sales agents to check in. I love the ease of access and the ability to make calls with the built it dialer software. You can upload hundreds and of leads at a time and and track them through each step of the process. We decided to switch to an autodialer that allows us to do more volume. I had no problems with follow up boss other than we had to dial each phone number individually. There are very less things I dislike about follow up Boss, and out of them one thing is sometimes I create a appointment on the profile of customer and I found that appointment disappears after sometime and this affect my KPI's during audit session. Follow up Boss is helping me handling my real estate agents both buying agent and listing agent.
