ML Schedules keeps everyone on the same page. In a school district, it is important for everyone to know who is in the building, when they will be in the building, and what part of the building they will be in.

The system automatically notifies principals, custodians, kitchen staff, security, etc. of all approved events. The approved rental also notifies them of any setup that needs to be done for the event. I also have ML set up to send me daily reminders of upcoming events. That feature, alone, has saved me numerous times because I got busy and forgot about an event I needed to set something up for!

Thanks to ML Schedules, I no longer have issues with double-booking of spaces, people unexpectedly showing up without approved rentals, someone forgetting to notify pertinent parties of a rental, or someone simply writing down the wrong rental date on a paper calendar.

I love that the ML Schedules calendar is visible to anyone who goes on our school website. Anyone can check the calendar to see when and where concerts, athletic events, or special meetings are taking place without having to log in to an account or without having to contact the school.

This system is so user friendly! On the rare occasions that I discover something that doesn't work as planned or as I expected or if I just have a routine question, the ML customer service team is always there. They answer emails almost immediately and stay with me until the question is answered or the problem is resolved. I like the fact that the system is intuitive, and there isn't a whole lot of guess work when it comes to figuring out how to work the site. The new update to ML Schedules is so aesthetically pleasing! The software conveniently allows you to see specific locations/areas that have scheduled events and times. The calendar is easy to read and understand. and allows all parties to view availability and scheduled events quickly. The feature to add to your google calendar makes scheduling so much easier.
