What do you like best about Folks HR?

I like that it is user friendly and I can save my expense report before sending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Folks HR?

I just find that whenever I try to encode my expense report, if the date/s that I am putting are a lot, I have to go back and forth scrolling my mouse to click the correct date because folks does not have enough space for it unless I write the exact date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Folks HR?

Our organization was new to using an HR software when we made the decision to try FOLKS HR. Our employees have found it to be very user friendly, easy to navigate and find the information you are looking for.

It provides a cost effective to manage your employee data and HR related tasks all in one convenient spot.

We found the implementation process quite easy and the training provide was great.

The ongoing support is very quick and efficent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Folks HR?

No downsides to using this software.

In the future I know that they will continue to enhance the product and I look forward to more report features and customizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Folks HR?

I love the new homepage interface. The software is easy to use overall and comprehensive because it really allows for a lot of customization at different levels depending on the company (access profiles, customizable employee profiles, etc...). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Folks HR?

I find the expense account too complicated and it would be good to have basic onboarding/offboarding and then enhance them according to the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Folks HR?

Very simple to use. Management of sick leave, vacations, and time off in the same place. Employees make their requests via the platform and it's easy for them to also see what they have left in terms of leave, vacations, and sick days. Quick responses when we have an issue.
