We've got a couple of customers working simultaneously on the same Doc already; as long as you're not working on the same page, collaborating on the same Doc is possible.

"A whole new world!"

What do you like best about Foleon?

I love the interactive aspect of Foleon. It takes away the monotony of a static design and allows you to create something much more engaging. So instead of just reading a PDF, your content consumers are engaging with a dynamic piece. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Foleon?

I'm still getting used to the structure of blocks and columns and I've struggled with getting images to be the right size/orientation for the spaces I want them to be. So I tend to need many different versions of the same image for different devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Foleon solving and how is that benefiting you?

I recieve content from a few different people with different writing styles and sometims when they request a specific piece they want to be created with that content, it isn't always the best fit. For instance, someone might give me a cpious amount of statistics to support their conclusions in a white paper or a case study. But with all those graphs and charts it makes the piece long and visually tedious. Foleon allows me to break it all up into smaller pieces and spread it out over different, interactive and visually engaing pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Beautiful designed presentations made incredibly easy"

What do you like best about Foleon?

I love the huge variety of uses that a Foleon gives me. I started out using it to create product brochures around three years ago. Since then I have found multiple uses for it, from presentations (replacing PowerPoint), to microsite content. I also love the analytics features included with each document. Design-wise, the elements are easy to master, adapt and use. There have been plenty of enhancements since I started using Foleon which also reflect our experience and feedback. What do you dislike about Foleon?

The cost to keep licencing Foleon is relatively expensive, it would be great to find some cheaper options (e.g. limits on content perhaps), to make especially our smaller documents more affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Foleon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Foleon gives me the functionality of a website without the complications. I can create as many as I need and can do so quickly. It also negates the need to have access to royalty-free images with the built-in library, which I use a lot. Equally, it solves the problem that I am neither a webdesigner nor a graphics expert, yet the templates ensure that I have the capability to create really impressive designs and even animation within them. What do you like best about Foleon?

What do you dislike about Foleon?

The tool lacks functions and elements that would really make it stand apart from competitors. It's easy to use, but some of the features are limited. More advanced tables, charts and graphs would be fantastic, as well as more customized CSS abilities. Lastly, generating a PDF doc vs exporting the site as a PDF would be a huge win as many clients upload an InDesign PDF export as their PDF version of their Foleon doc/site. What do you like best about Foleon?

Foleon has revolutionized our content delivery. We are able to create and deliver high-quality content unlike we've been able to before. They continually update and expand their capabilities, and are excellent communicators with new product launches and updates. We are able to capture first-party data and track our pieces through GA4 integrations, which only goes to supplement the analytics provided in the platform. Our entire team and board of directors love each piece we create using Foleon.

When it comes to customer service, I have yet to meet another organization that can match their superior responsiveness. Whether working directly with our support representative or through their help center support, you will hear back quickly and they will keep working with you to identify a solution. What do you dislike about Foleon?

Occasionally you may run into a glitch in the system. It's usually minor and resolves itself quickly. However, if you do find yourself in a situation where you can't troubleshoot the issue yourself-- their A+ support team will come to your rescue. Foleon allows us to create interactive content that delivers complex information in a more engaging format. Allowing people to click through and choose what they would like to dive deeper into makes a huge difference in a world where people don't like to read. "A Powerful Digital Publication tool"

What do you like best about Foleon?

Foleon is an excellent digital publication creation platform. It can be used very dynamically, from online magazines, white papers, forums, landing pages, simple websites, etc. Its ability to create digital content easily and quickly is a great bonus! What do you dislike about Foleon?

Foleon still has its bugs, but the team is adapting to the needs and wants of users and making it better. I previously had asked the tech team about specific missing features, and within a couple of updates to the user interface, the parts I was asking for became real. What problems is Foleon solving and how is that benefiting you?

A client no longer wished to produce their quarterly magazine via print. We needed a solution to continue their publication more cost-effectively. By using Foleon, we have been able to generate double the content by publishing 8 times a year. What do you like best about Foleon?

I like the fact that it is easy to build a page using the elements. It is easy to adjust and personalize. I also like how easy it is to build the pages for mobile. Foleon fits perfect between a website and a (interactive) PDF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
