The intuitive nature of the tools, the great templates, and the thorough documentation all helped me navigate this tool as a beginner and get a successful first project published.

The only thing I can find to dislike so far is that I did not learn this tool sooner!

I recommend reading through the documentation as you go along. If not, you will get stuck and have to refer to it in retrospect.

The platform is fairly easy to navigate. The templates make it easy to organize and showcase a lot of different types of content.

When duplicating a publication, all of the overlays need to be relinked - this is somewhat annoying. Also, in the old editor, photos need to be sized before they are uploaded.

Ensure you are have the time to learn the tool and that a couple of people at your organization can make the updates. This will help with the adoption process.

We use it to customize what career resources are shared with each academic program, and to showcase resources in alignment with our career management framework.

Foleon is easy to learn and allows me to create and publish beautiful pages/sites quickly with no coding. The Foleon team and our rep are very supportive and always able to troubleshoot issues when they arise. The new integration with Marketo is great and will help us streamline our process further. Foleon has evolved rapidly and the team is adding new functionality at a record pace which is very exciting.

There are some minor things I would like to see ie. side by side images/ images and text but I know that and more are on the Roadmap.

With all the COVID related changes and the move to all virtual events we have been able to quickly create custom publications focused on specific event audiences.

Foleon is a wonderful multi-use platform that facilitates the creation of any form of online publications, and plus it also allows us to extend the life span of our stories on social media. Thus resolving issues regarding interactive content and targeting our different readerships throughout our social media. For our Alumni Association, it allowed us to go from print to online publishing with half the cost. A small investment for a great tool.
