What do you like best about Folderly?

Folderly has a very intuitive and user-friendly interface. It allows me to check the situation in my account with a few clicks. The result has exceeded my expectations - we have a high Folderly score, which means that our emails are sent to the Inbox, and we can confirm this with a higher number of responses to our cold email campaigns. What problems is Folderly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Email marketing is how we reach out to potential prospects and clients. As a result, we need good deliverability and inbox placement rates. When we first started sending significant email volumes, we saw a drop in our open rate, which continued to fall. We eventually didn't know whether our emails went to the Primary Inbox or not. After careful consideration, we signed up for Folderly and began utilizing the solution. So far, the results have been good; we know what caused the decrease, and Folderly is assisting us in correcting it by performing deliverability fix campaigns on a daily basis. What do you like best about Folderly?

With Folderly we managed to achieve the last goals:

1. Improve the health of our domains;

2. To increase the Open Rate for warm email campaigns by two times;

3. Increase the number of leads we receive from one mailing to 20%;

4. Support and honest desire to help from our manager;

What do you dislike about Folderly?

No dislikes but I`m hoping for some improvements such as the possibility of seeing the ratio of text to pictures, and more information about the reasons why emails riches "other" folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Folderly solving and how is that benefiting you?

SPAM Fix - they are warming up our emails so they weren't marked as SPAM;

Test email templates - We can send them different options of code of a template and test which one works better before sending it to the audience;

What do you like best about Folderly?

What do you like best about Folderly?

Folderly really does its job! We're very satisfied with the deliverability fix process (we check our Folderly Score and dashboard every day) and the results we're getting. "You got my account blocked"

"Sent 1750+ Warmup Emails overnight to Spoil my Domain Reputation"

What do you like best about Folderly?

I thouht Folderly was a good Email Warmup service where you can add unlimited ids to increase your Sender Reputation but I'm not sure anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Folderly sent 1750+ warmup emails overnight just to 2 email ids of their own and all of them bounced backed.

"Beware: Folderly destroyed our email reputation by sending 42000 undelivered emails within two days."

What do you like best about Folderly?

Using Folderly to warm up our email domain. We thought it was an easy to setup solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Folderly?

Folderly sent 42,000 undelivered emails in 2 days (Saturday and Sunday) using 8 email addresses in our domain. Our team didn't realize the issue until Monday.

Our email domain reputation is completely destroyed. That is completely the opposite of why we wanted to use Folderly.

Folderly support never answered our requests to help solve the issue. We called and emailed. All we heard was "Oh, that is terrible". But, no support whatsoever. DO NOT USE this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
